Semper Solaris

Solar batteries and solar panels were installed. We requested them come out and taken new measurements and review the site. Semper Solaris said it was not necessary. Unfortunately, due to old measurements solar panels needed to be rearranged as they were bigger than the original panels. The batteries needed to change to the other side of the house and the original system converter had to be moved. Because changes were made to original plan, we are delayed 2 weeks for using our system. While we received excellent support from our salesperson and the install team was excellent and flexible, we were disappointed with preplanning and design. We are a house divided on whether we would recommend this company. Future service will determine if any future recommendation will be given.

I am very pleased with my Solar Battery install. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly. The battery Installers, Pablo and Bravlio, are the best. I am most impressed with their job site cleanliness and safety procedures; such as testing each circuit prior to energizing.

My father, a US Army veteran, had signed up to have this company install solar for his house. He signed up and left a deposit in January with the "promise" of install by April of this year. To date it has yet to happen. They have only given him excuses about permits and needing pg&e to see about a panel, then an excuse about possibly needing a new panel (which was already discussed and placed in the contract he signed)...they quickly accepted his cash deposit and have left him waiting and losing money on what they promised to save him with a solar install. Horrible way to treat customers and more so a veteran when your company claims to help serve those who have served our country. Disappointed with this company. Update as of 9-6-2022 Semper Solaris ...well they finally started to do work on my father's property...but wow I can't believe the way they are handling the whole deal...so install was postponed for months because pg&e needed to be involved (or something to that affect) but now pg&e won't be coming out for the install because what needs to be done can be done remotely. The company had originally set charges to include a main panel upgrade, which I can only assume is a charge to have upgraded, but changed their tune when "trenching" for the upgrade wasn't billed to anyone. So they are charging for a sub panel install now but refuse to give a "credit" or even a detailed breakdown of charges to see the difference in a main panel upgrade and the install of the sub panel...? When he raised this question to the salesman who is handling this his response was even more ridiculous, they told him to refer to the "contract" signed and basically show that all they want is their Money...which by the way father did pay the 80% even tho now we find out after installation and all he will not be connected directly to solar system until some time later when the city and pg&e review the system. But no worries this company who takes care of veterans and its customers cares so much about what's right...they should stop saying we take care of our veterans and be honest and say we take advantage of our veterans instead. #StolenValor #betterbusinessbureau #customersdontnatter #findabettercompamy #horriblecustomerservice #worstcompany #legaladvice

They were all professional and polite and very knowledgeable of there jobs. The staff at the office where also very helpful in answering any questions we had. I alway only give a four star. Because there is always room for improvement. Good job guys and gals.

Semper Solaris did a great job getting my battery sooner than expected! They setup installation right away and I didn’t have to wait more than a few days for install! Installers were great, right on time both days and went over how it works. The only problem I had was getting ahold of someone by phone! They did get back to me right away on e-mails that I sent. I would recommend this company for your solar needs!
