We have a radiant floor heating that stopped working for a month in the middle of winter. The service company we used in the last two years came and worked on the boiler for 5 hours but could not figure out what went wrong and recommended a $10,000 replacement plus a $1,000 invoice for their time spent to diagnose the boiler (the boiler is 15 yrs old). A friend referred Solarponics. They quickly sent Justin to our house at my plea that I have two elderlies (my mother will be 100 years old next month) in the house. After checking out the unit, Justin called the manufacturer. He was able to isolate the faulty board and ordered the parts. The parts arrived over the weekend. Justin and John came back the following day, replaced the parts and fired the unit. The heater kicked in, the house started warming up! I cannot say enough how happy and relieved my family is. I am so impressed the level of dedication and professionalism these two young men expressed during this job. I am very thankful! Great company and employees!

This is not my first experience working with Solarponics. In my construction business we used them exclusively for decades. This experience was at my residence where they installed a battery back up system to the solar system they had installed years ago. It is fantastic. One of the best reasons to work with Solarponics is they handle everything. From the design, permits and coordination with utilities, to install and start up. Their communication before, during, and after the install was seamless. I would use Solarponics for future projects. I have and I will.

Solarponics installed solar panels on our tile roof and we are pleased with their service, advice, and timely delivery of the product. Following two hard rains the roof was still solid with no leaks. We recommend them to others. Jim Riley

Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Solarponics. They were readily available throughout the entire project of installing solar panels, installing our radiant heat floor, and our Tesla battery. They worked with us and PGE to get all the permits and engineering and rebate applications. They educated us on how to monitor our energy production and consumption and always responded promptly to our questions and concerns. They are a wonderful company and easy to work with.

Solar Ponics installed our solar system almost 20 years ago. Installation team was amazing. We have benefited from the power it generates. Solar Ponics service teams are just as amazing. There are occasions when your system needs to be serviced… this is as important a part of a solar company as the original installation team. A team recently replaced valves that control the water that heats my indoor pool… work completed not only quickly but with obvious knowledge and skill. A quick check of my other system revealed one non-functioning panel. Information was shared with the company office and repair will be completed when panel is delivered. My questions are always answered patiently and completely. Excellent company in all aspects. Would I use them again? Absolutely.
