Just go to the store/warehouse and buy your items directly with them face to face. You might need to make an order and come back later if some items are unavailable but is better than dealing with offshore phone representatives. In the physical store they deserve 5 stars, over the phone they deserve like 3 stars. I have only bought panels from them, and the quality of materials of the frame seem a little in the poor to average side, made of flexible and thin aluminum. The top layer protecting the photo cells seems like a plastic material instead of glass or other material. On the plus side they are lighter weight for the size and power output. I need to test them out long term. The price of two 450w for $899 seems a little expensive for the quality, but they are light for the size.

Quality products and incredible customer service. I have 1.5kW of panels, an inverter, and controller from Renogy and everything is working great. I had an issue with the shipper and Renogy handled it quickly and professionally. If possible, my suggestion is to pick up your panels directly rather than having them shipped, because most shippers are not careful enough with small orders of panels.

I bought the 20A solar controller about 6 months ago for my camper. It arrived quickly and worked as soon as I connected it to my 230W panel. I had the camper out numerous times since then and noticed that the controller would harvest energy even when there was very little light. I never needed a generator (that was my goal) because the controller kept my battery topped off. I leave it connected 24/7 even when not camping. It will NOT boil off the water in your lead acid batter either. Great product!

They were patient with us and talked us through how to set up our system. Then replaced our batteries even though it was completely our fault they had gone bad. This company cares about its customers and the integrity of their company. We have a bus we converted into a tiny home. Their products work amazing, when wired properly!!

AVOID!! Purchased their 3000w inverter charger - looked good but didn't work. Contacted 'customer service' with full details and, as others have commented, they only respond by email. You get one email a day in the early hours (UK time) asking a question. You respond and get another email with another question and so it goes on. When you live off-grid and need reliable power, this process just takes too long. Honestly wish I never heard of Renogy! *UPDATE 1 - December 2022* Three weeks later and I still have the unit, they said they would collect but then said they would replace. Finally agreed on a refund. *UPDATE 2 - January 2023* Renogy received the returned inverter charger and I'm told refund in 3-5 working days. *UPDATE 3 - February 2023* Still waiting for refund 3 weeks after they received the unit. Emails sent to ask for update, more excuses, no action. Now very concerned I have lost a lot of money. *Update 4 - 22 February 2024 Get a response from Renogy, refund was transferred to my account. Checked my account, they lied - no transfer! Now convinced I have lost a lot of money. Atrocious support and customer service!
