I was in escrow on a property that needed a roof inspection so I reached out to Unified and Eric seemed very knowledgeable. He performed an excellent roof inspection and informed me that I was going to need to remove the solar to have a good amount of tiles repaired on the roof. All said and done Eric did a great job and ultimately we decided to not buy the home for many other reasons. I will work with him again if needed.

A great experience from beginning to end. We bought an older home that needed a new roof. We wanted to add solar at the same time and wanted to have just one point of contact. We also wanted the roof to be installed with the solar plans in mind. We spoke with several other companies before finding Mark Dice with Unified Solar and Roofing. Mark instilled a sense of trust from our first meeting. He guided us through our options and stuck with us until we were completely satisfied. The roof was a complex job, but it was completed on time and we're pleased with the quality of the materials and the workmanship - and the cleanup afterward! We installed an overbuilt solar system with two batteries to get us off the grid now, and to deal with increased usage in the future. The panels look sleek and modern and work great. I feel very comfortable recommending Unified. Call Mark.

Eric and his team are SO KNOWLEDGEABLE when it comes to all things roofing and solar. There's so much information out there, especially about solar, and it's really hard to make sense of it all. Eric's product knowledge helps you feel at ease with the decisions you're making about your most valuable assets! I do not hesitate to recommend Unified to anyone who is looking for a reliable roofing and/or solar contractor :-)

Unified Solar and Roofing just completed our damaged roof re-lay and then installed solar on my home. These guys are very professional and detail oriented. Mark, Eric, Brian(solar) and Diego(roofing) kept me we'll informed throughout the entire project. They do beautiful work. Looked at several companies, they weren't the cheapest, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" applies here in my opinion. Very pleased with the end result and my average $350.00 SDG&E bill is now currently $4 with 7 days left in the cycle. Quality company.

Eric/Unified Solar and Roofing didn't install my roof, but Eric was generous enough to come out (last minute) to my project when my roofer was falling short. He came out, and along with my roofer, patiently and constructively pointed out many things that weren't done correctly. His extensive knowledge/passion for roofing/solar/construction, and willingness to share his hard earned knowledge, are rare qualities. With regard to my roofing/solar project, my greatest regret, is not finding Eric sooner. If you're in the diligence phase of getting a new roof or solar, you can stop searching now; you've found the right person! Thanks again, Eric!
