I was always hesitant to look into solar panels because of the cost. We had many sales rep try and get us to hear their spiel about solar panels but our 4 dogs would usually chase them away. Our sales rep at The Energy Company, Carlos Pedro, was not thwarted by our silly dogs. He managed to convince me about the cost savings and why it would be a good idea to get them installed. He assured me we would have no upfront cost for our panels and that our monthly payments would be the same every month with the yearly increase of 2% each year. We have been so impressed by Carlos and his attention in getting this done for us. The process itself took a few months (2 to be exact). He was there to answer our questions and concerns and made it a point to swing by to check on the progress whenever he was in the area. We not only paid zero upfront costs for our 10 solar panels but we received $1560 in cash which is equivalent to one whole year of free energy. We would highly recommend this company and especially Carlos, who was an excellent sales rep.

It was a pleasure working with Ben Bully for our solar project. He has excellent service from start to finish, even after install! We didn’t pay anything to have it fully installed and operational. Would highly recommend him.

My husband and I have been wanting to get solar panels for our house for a while. We have had several solar employees from different companies show up at the house and try to push their contracts on us. Noah from The Energy Company had a completely different approach. He was kind, professional, polite and very personable. He didn't make us feel pressured at all in saying yes. All of these qualities made us go with The Energy Company for our solar panels. Noah has been a person of contact for us every step of the way. He kept us in the know and made himself available to us if we had any concerns or questions. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the customer service we have received. Anyone I know who is interested in getting solar, I will be referring them to Noah and The Energy Company.

I gave Karosh a hard time when he came knocking on my door about Solar Panels. He answered all my questions and concerns and assured me that if I needed more panels they would install them at no out of pocket money from me. So I brought my electric bill for him to see and sure enough I was paying too much for my electric bill. Ahmed came and answered more questions I had. He showed me that I would be paying substantially less with the solar panels. Needless to say I signed with The Energy Company right away. The solar panels was installed within 2-3 weeks, so fast I could hardly believe it. Now I’m waiting for the Gas & Electric person to come and inspect the work before it can be turned on. Thank you Karosh and Ahmed for you perseverance! Blessings to you both!

I wasn't sure if solar was a good choice for our house since we will likely only live there 10 years before moving. I met with Andy who did a fantastic job explaining the program being offered through The Energy Company. He carefully explained the benefits and perks of how their program worked and we went ahead with the install. Install took one day and the crew was respectful, cleaning up after themselves and even taking time to paint the conduit to match the stucco. Overall I am pleased with the company and impressed by the Rep, Andy, who was never pushy, guided us through the process, answered all my questions and was easy to get ahold of even after the consultation.
