Just completed a lithium battery and converter upgrade to my 2021 Class C motorhome. RV came with one lead acid, maintenance-required, super heavy battery that would only run basic systems for about 6 hours. Purchased and installed 2 Battle Born Batteries, BMV shunt and smart monitor, BIM, Converter (for lithiums), portable solar panel suitcase and SmartSolar controller, all from Dragonfly Energy. The products are top of the line state of the art technology. Dragonfly Energy service and tech support is best in class before, during and after purchase and installation. Specifically, I worked with Brandon from beginning to end. He answered emails at all hours of the day and night and almost always within 12 hours, which was way beyond my expectations. He took my calls when information exchange required discussion and was very patient, calm, understanding, and non-judgemental.

Jesse was unbelievably thorough, knowledgeable, and very forthright about pricing, options, and getting us the best possible solution for our airstream to go off grid! I am impressed with his knowledge base and will be retuning for additional assistance and upgrades! You will feel their integrity and industry expertise the very first time you call!

We purchased a new RV Trailer and I was wanting more than just the "standard" power system. I purchased everything that I needed from Dragonfly and could not be more happy with that decision! They were fantastic to deal with during my purchase and have been there every step of the way with my setup! I had some issues with my air conditioning not working and Roni sent me a dongle so that I could program some changes in the inverter. They walked me through the settings, showed my how to program it and everything is working as it should now. I honestly could not be happier!

This company is outstanding. Very friendly and professional customer service. Before purchasing anything, I emailed a few questions about the LiFePo4 100ah battery to them and got fast, informative, and courteous responses. The employees there seem to know EVERY detail about their products. It is very encouraging to buy a product from someone who truly understands the product. Not a bunch of salesman. The battery is amazing. I use it for my off grid style solar array. Battle Born Batteries is a winner.

We live Off Grid and our 6 year old AGM batteries had been waning over the last year. We did some research & emailed Battle Born batteries as they were made in USA. Derrick Theel contacted us the same day. We realized after speaking with Derrick the Battle Born lithium batteries would cost less, weight only about 30 lbs & be 90 lbs less than the AGM batteries, as well as, take up half the space. We would only need 8 Battle Born Lithium batteries vs 16 AGM batteries we had on our system & best of all...we could have them in four days. We've only had the lithium batteries installed on our system less than a week, the difference is night & day! We are very pleased with our decision & even more pleased with the greater battery capacity. Derrick at Dragonfly Energy helped tremendously with all aspects, making it an easy decision to change to Battle Born Lithium batteries. Derrick has been fantastic to work with, responsive & informative throughout the entire change over process. We would highly recommend Dragonfly Energy, Battle Born Lithium batteries & especially Derrick Theel.
