After much research, we finally decided on Blue Raven Solar. Their salesman was personable and straight to the point helping me recognize the return on investment going solar. Their installers and electrician were prompt professional and courteous. 1 day install. Looks awesome! Go Blue Raven now there’s no reason to wait. Thank you Blue Raven.

We are so pleased with our experience having Blue Raven install solar on our home. Sophia was fantastic from the very beginning of our first conversation and throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all our questions and wasn't pushy whatsoever. She also took time to be extremely personable and thoughtful while working with us. When it came to the installation, Brogan and his team were great - fast, communicative but not intrusive and when weather delayed the completion of the install they were back as quickly as possible to finish everything up. We highly recommend using this team!

Hi there I had Blue Raven install my solar system initially in 2018 or 2019, their salesman promised us 100% coverage and $0 electric bills, and - to my regret - I DO NOT. I had to have them do a system augment and add two more panels to our existing 16 panel system in 2021. There is only myself, my wife and our son living in the house. The initial system was supposed to offset 100% of my usage, but never came close. I kept getting power bills for ~$75 to $100, for a brand new energy efficient house with the thermostat set to 78 both upstairs and downstairs in the summer. I contacted them in 2020 and was told “my usage must have increased” and that my system was generating at the promised percentage, even with 16 panels. We then asked them to install 2 more panels for a total of 18. We also requested Blue Raven to install an extra panel or 2 originally to make sure we have coverage. Because we wanted 100% offset, but they said that they didn't want to oversell us. After the retrofit, my power bills still at ~ $100 - I can see very little difference in what I’m being charged from the power company with solar and what our neighbors are being charged without solar and a much bigger family. The system augment was also a nightmare and took over 6 months to get 2 panels installed and inspected. In that time their people would come out and turn my system off for inspections, city change the time and date and then they would leave and turn the system back on. The only thing that I can say right now is that the original install crew was great. I feel like, I threw my money away for nothing. Not recommended.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience with Blue Raven all around! My rep, Sophia, the electrician Tim, and Eric and Jerry who installed the panels were all behind professional and knowledgeable about the product. They also left my house in great shape after leaving which I really appreciated. I felt in good hands through every step of the way and received excellent communication throughout the entire process! Can’t wait to buy more houses just to work with Blue Raven again!! 😊

If your considering solar panels I’d choose a different company. This company has made several mistakes that show complete incompetence and poor customer service. 1) when they installed our panels they didn’t ask about placement of meters and put them all right near our back door Patio area making a huge eye soar for dinner guests. Note: they could have been moved no problem and did so once we complained. However, two of four meters couldn’t be moved so we are stuck with those at that point. 2) once everything was installed, we realized many of our appliances weren’t working. Took them three days to get back to us upon which they realize the electrical team didn’t wire or panel back together correctly. They fix the problem quickly but just adds to the poor quality of installation. 3) Poor customer service. Apparently our monitoring system has been out since June (3 months ago), and once I received an almost $300 electrical bill, I knew something was wrong. When I looked at my monitor system it wasn’t working and cannot be connected. This is due to the city removing 3G cells and the solar panel company builds their system on 3G tower systems. When we called they refused to get us to any supervisor, and failed to set ups designated appointment. so I took the day off to stay at home waiting for a technician that never came. When I called back they said it was never scheduled to begin with. so now we are waiting another week to see if anyone shows up to fix solar panels that are not working, and haven’t been working for three months. So I asked about compensation and they said they will only compensate from the point they are notified. In this case, I’ve been paying for Blue Raven Solar panels that haven’t been working for three months, and I’m still waiting to see if the technician will ever come out or for manager whatever call back! I highly recommend solar panels, just don’t use Blue Raven Solar.
