It was easier to find what I needed in a very short amount of time compared to the bigger competitors. I asked someone, which in itself is impossible at the bigger places and was directed to the exact location of my request. The checkout line was very quick if I waited at all. Definitely a great option if you don't want to deal with the larger alternatives!

I give Ace hardware 3 stars because the people who work here are amazing super nice super helpful but when hurricane Ian hit it was like their prices doubled or close to it. I know the owners of this Ace hardware could have done more to help. Seriously.

Been a member forever. There's a new woman manager believe her name is Tara. Very nice woman. The problem is the wait time to check out. Maybe she's trying to lower payroll. But checking out is a nightmare. One confusing return or a glitch at the register and it back ups to the door. Have a friend who works at the competition who told me they are getting alot of new customers because of the wait at Ace. So many contractors don't have the time to wait.Ive stopped going for now to. Pls fix it...

Sure u can go to HD or Lowes, but I KNOW you will never get the service that this Ace has..they are friendly, knowledgeable and understand quality customer service..join their club and get great discounts..I got huge deals on a ladder and an impact drill!
