SES installed our solar pool heater through our pool contractor but worked directly with us for installation of the solar blanket. Their technicians were extremely polite and helpful for the pool solar install and coordinated an upgrade we requested to the system handler. The owner helped with ordering our solar blanket and fit it in quickly even though they were busy with larger install jobs. All communications with their office were handled professionally and quickly. Would absolutely recommend!

Very professional sales process, very easy to work with, prompt installation as promised, and my pool is warm! But here's the kicker - the manufacturer put the pool solar panels on sale AFTER my install, but the owner called up and let me know he was going to apply it retroactively to my invoice so I paid $300 less than agreed on the contract. He did not have to do that and I would never have know. I think many/most companies would not have done that. They were not obligated to do it. Who does that? I literally could not be happier than with Solar Energy Systems of Brevard.

I had then installed a a hot water and pool solar system paid quite a bit of money was very happy with the system they even came out a few times at no cost to me I began having different issues with the system called them because the circulating pump in my solar tank went said they would find one and get back to me well they never did I had to research the part and found one online and ordered it and installed it my self last week my hot water tank split down the side I called and spoke to a womam who took my name and number and never called back so I called them and this time it was a different woman who had no idea.who I was or anything about my problem I hung up and called H&H plumbing they. Came out the next day and replaced my 80 gallon solar hot water tank and I am very happy with it

I don't give a lot of 5 star ratings. Unless a business really goes Above and Beyond, 4 stars is generally the best anyone gets. As you can see Solar Energy Systems got 5 stars - because they deserve them. Why is it that so many solar companies go out of business? We thought we'd found a reliable company with our last two and then boom, all of a sudden, they're out of business. No note, no flowers, nothing. After the last company pulled one of those moves, there were some muttered curses at our house and I did yet another search of local companies. That's when I found SES and couldn't be happier. From the people on the phone to the techs in the field, the staff is a pleasure to deal with. Even though they did not install our system, they came out, inspected it and fixed a bunch of problems with it. When some of the issues turned out to be pool plumbing as opposed to solar, the guys graciously fixed those too. So, based on our experiences with them, I feel pretty dang comfortable recommending them to anyone. Whether you're like us and you've been stranded by a company that went belly-up in the middle of the night, (again) or you're a new customer, you should most definitely go with Solar Energy Systems. Keep in mind, this does not constitute a legally binding promise that you'll be as happy as we are with the service because well, that would just be stupid and despite the fact that I've made a few questionable relationship decisions, I'm mostly not stupid. Mostly. Go with SES. You'll be glad you did.

Fixed a leak on my solar system for pool promptly. Guy called prior to coming and fixed it under warranty without any questions.
