Huge store. Bring lots of patience. Not conveniently located. Parking lot is a huge disaster. Lotts of employees hanging out in little groups. No cashiers. You better be a self serv customer. Their are a handful of employees doing their best , while the store falls apart. It's obvious that this store hasn't had market director walk in a while or the standards are non exciting. Sorry Home Depot this store sucks.

Travel here for plants frequently because of the convenient location. I buy household maintenance items, fertilizers, yard & garden items, too, but visit mostly for flowers; love flowers. I designed a “Memorial Angel Garden” in memory of my sister in front of the house - gives me a constructive place to put the feelings (she was a stellar gardener). 💕 Most of the plants are from Home Depot (in hues of lavender, red & white, her favorites). I’ve been happy with the hardiness of all the plants. The garden area was stripped of all the overgrown, unsightly bushes & low layers of foliage. Then this project started out as a bald stretch (huge) patch of dirt & has been a “back breaking” project for me the last six months as I did it all (with help from my kids spreading multiple cubic yards of dirt, sand & rocks and they helped with the heaviest plants). Two weeks ago I purchased the most beautiful lavender mums here w scarecrow decorations from HD & they’re still amazing looking! (I’ve found these to be a little challenging to grow in FL prior.) - Just wish they’d have better periodic sales here. Last visit, also picked up a fall garden flag, Halloween mat & the cutest “ghostie” solar light - last two were surprisingly 20% off 👍. Every year they have great Halloween Decor & it’s always at the top of the full retail price tier (without any rotating specials I’ve noticed anyway…) so I don’t purchase much Halloween stock here generally. I’ve found the service in the garden center is always efficient & kind. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with this store. They installed the impact window upgrades on my residential property which was a huge project & the service was truly flawless. The project coordinator was one of the most professional contractors I’ve ever hired (will look for his name) “Chris” I think. And, I just remodeled a kitchen with a boutique company & they came in way over budget. So, I appreciate “no surprises” with the HD job & coming in on quote. Depending on your shopping/remodeling/do it yourself project, this may be your place!!

The girls who attended to me during a long transaction were so professional in dealing with the issue that I had to do this review for them. Eve, Elaine, and Linda, I hope that you are recognized for your excellent work and get some incentive so that another client like me leaves satisfied and happy. Don't stop losing your sense of humor, girls, while doing your incredible job of dealing with the public daily. Five stars for you will not be enough to recognize you for your outstanding job. I am a pleased customer. Thanks.

I usually like to go to my closest HD, that is in Miramar west, but my store didn't have some stuff so i went to this one, i was completely frustrated by the quality of their carts, judging that i tried to use two diferent carts and both where in incredible bad shape, i should say that either employees don't care, Management at this store should get a performance review or corporate doesn't care, take a look at the picture i only captured one because i was in a rush

Been going here for a couple of years staff is mostly inexperienced. Some are more willing to help more than others and then the really experienced ones really out in an effort. Sometimes there are long lines when you buy at night. One thing I can say that was both random and a bit annoying is that when you return a rental truck they do not inspect the truck. I left something there and I didn’t realize it for a week and for lucky that someone threw it out in a cart and the staff didn’t throw it away for a whole week. It would have been great to have gotten a call that something was left behind.
