Walmart Supercenter

I mean, it's Walmart. I will say that this location has gotten better with each visit I have made. This location is not my normal stop because it is not near my home. However, I'm in the area enough that I stop here on a quick errand maybe once a month or so. The store is bigger than most and has been progressively more and more clean and organized each visit. The people at this store are mostly quite friendly.

Couldn't find an associate to put something back. And waited for 15 minutes. Until I could find someone .Also dropped some cottage cheese on floor on accident , no one came to clean it up. Usually they are pretty good though. The staff is nice, if you can find them. Stay busy shopping.

I had a bad experience on December 28th around 10:15 am with a worker named Lisa at the self check out. I was in The self check out and I was leaving behind of one the items i decide to leave. Lisa accused me of not scanning all the items. She went straight to my grocery Bags from my cart and start searching all my bags without asking for my recipe. Plus Lisa was watching me scan all my stuff so as the cameras. So I told her I can sue her for false accusations and she said I’m doing my job. If she was doing her job she should’ve ask for my recipe and then check what I purchase. I feel so discriminated. Normally when I leave something behind the ladies From self check out normally always ask me if I’m going to want the item and I normally say no thank you And then They’ll just take the item and put it in there basket. Lisa really gave out poor customer service. I love going to this Walmart but This type of poor customer service like this can’t be happening to anyone. I felt picked on, discriminated and I felt like I have to go against my own dignity

Walmart Supercenters are basically all alike. The supply chain issues have taken a toll on product availability, and the oversized carts for those who prefer to shop by phone or Internet seem far more important to management than the customers who still prefer to do their own shopping. Walmart does generally have better prices than other stores, so I keep going back.

Not how I expected my day to start. I am an Ubereats driver and had scheduled to pick up an order from this store. Uber expect us to be on 30 min before scheduled order. once the order is ready for pick up we are directed to the store. show up, check in, patiently waiting in my car like normal. I am confront by a Walmart worker, I say good morning to her . In a rude disrespectful tone she immediately began to tell me "per policy that uber drives can't check in until the 45 min mark" and then demanded I cancel my order right then and there. no explanation, no opportunity to ask why just demanded. then walked away glaring at me like it was my fault like I should have know Walmarts policies. There is no way I am the first to be treated this way by this Girl. I'm just the first to complain. I've been picking up Walmart orders for should be about a yr now with uber and not once I have I ever been disrespected or treated so disgusting by one of Walmarts Pick Up employees (the chubby girl with blonde hair). we are a team, we work together, and help each other always. To see her smirking acting like she did nothing wrong and proud of her behavior. Talked to the manager of pick up assured she will get talked to. I can not believe that's the first person we see and is allowed to treat the partners like this. I picked up yesterday had no issues then all of a sudden there is a policy that has been "always" been in place. Then why is today the first time in almost a year picking up for Walmart I am hearing of this policy? why do we have to cancel the order why can't we wait until the order is ready on Walmarts side? Why doesn't Walmart cancel the order if that's the issue? Why not educated Ubereats drivers about policy instead of demanding us to cancel it? This location needs to do better and treat people better. regardless of what position we are in we still have the same out come to satisfy customers. I really hope that this treatment I received today never happens to anyone ever again. I will not be picking up from this location again due to the disgusting disrespect I received today.
