Windsoleil contacted me, the owner of ILLINOIS WALL DOCTOR 2yrs ago to make repairs to the interior of a home in Aurora Il. Thier installation crew had damaged the roof so badly the home had BLACK MOLD across the entire kitchen/dining ceiling. We were 1st asked to open the ceiling 9bits at a time) and remove insulation so they could find the leak, my men were onsite most of a day as these yahoos' guessed their way through the day, never finding the issue. I was then told they would contact me when found/fixed and ready for repairs... 2mo and several discussions with a discussed homeowner that couldn't get his ceiling closed this entire time and STILL not repaired. Finally, about 4mo down the road THEY GOT IT FIXED!!!! We returned, insulated, made all drywall repairs and painted. Winsoleils total bill was approx. $3400.00 of which (2yrs later) mind you NOT EVEN a 1/3rd of it paid. Promises and more promises and every 3-4-5mo after RIDING the owner "TEDDY" I get a check for $200-$250.00. Now I AM DISCUSSED. PLEASE, I URGE YOU... do not do business with a company whose integrity is lacking AT BEST, whose promises mean little and worst of all a company that is struggling so badly not only can they not pay their debts (after being paid themselves) ...they are apparently robbing Peter, to pay Paul. Teddy is little more than the BERNIE MADOFF of the solar industry.... don't let it be your home his house of cards comes crashing down on!!!

Teddy (owner) was communicative throughout the presale, installation and post-sale process. There were some issues with SREC claiming process with our state, but we are working through it. Windsoleil has a team lead in each of the major steps and each person was communicative and can be easily reached. Teddy operated as the overall General Manager if any issues arise. Things to note, 1. Be ready to be impacted by weather 2. There will be days or weeks between each major steps Major steps and "active" working day for each steps below, Inspection and various electrical grounding per city code (1-3 days) Initial wiring (1 - 2 days) Panel Installation (2 - 3 days) Activation (many days of waiting between the City of Chicago, ComEd and installer) SolarEdge activation (1 day) Other things to think about, Hardware location on your house and aesthetics Location to electric panel and wifi router Inverter inside or outside for maintenance ease Inverter sizing (for potential future expansion)

Had an overall great experience with the team at Windsoleil. Their sales guy who initially sold us on going Solar was very honest and patient with us, which I really appreciate. As I was a bit hesitant at first, about adding the panels to my house, but really needed to lower my usage. They did everything they said they were going to do and we're very happy with the decision to go solar. The install team was in and out in two days and explained how we can monitor our production from the solar panels. Just good attention to detail and patience with me is what I appreciated most. Would recommend the Windsoleil team to anyone considering getting solar.

We started our "Solar panel project" with another solar company who was unable to complete our job, so then we happily switched to Wind Soleil, who competed the contract and installed our 23 panels in less than 2 months (Nov. 2019). We have been very satisfied with the service and the communications from and with Teddy and his staff. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Our family is very happy with our decision to go solar with Windsoleil. The team was very clear on how we can monitor the system and showed us how to use the app. It is pretty cool they I get to see how much power each panel is producing. Was also impressed how they kept us updated on what the process was. Will recommend to my friends.
