Cory Webb and his team were amazing! Cory was extremely responsive and clearly communicated expectations throughout the process. His team was very professional and completed the work within the timeframe allotted. Although we ran into several design challenges with the configuration of our home, we were able to discuss and rework the plan until it met our needs. We would highly recommend Freedom Forever - North Shore Mass to anyone considering a solar project in the area. Can't say enough great things about this wonderful team! Cory ended up being sick during our installation and even texted us from home to make sure everything went as planned.

The crew that came and installed my panels was AMAZING on time called to let me know how far out they were answered all my questions and I never heard any complaints they all talked about how much they liked their job. This crew was INCREDIBLE. If you are thinking of hiring freedom forever it’s an amazing company to work with and they let you know about everything along the way. If you can chose your install team well then team STARK is the way to go bunch of great guys. If I could rate their work on a scale of 1-5 it would be a 30 they were great.

DRAGOON team was EXCELLENT! Christian, Matt, Josh, Mitch and the entire install TEAM are the BEST! Christian and the TEAM went above and beyond the call of duty and honored my request to not show the silver conduit pipes on my new black roof. They ran a conduit on the side of my home and entered my attic and ran the conduit in my attic, (brilliant)! Now, all you see outside are the black sleek nice looking New Freedom Solar panels, which look awesome. In addition, Mitch also went above and beyond by recognizing my electrical panel was only using 100 amps, when it's full capacity is 200 amps. He troubleshooted and identified the problem, then re-wired the box so now it's operating at full capacity of 200 amps! Thank You! Finally, Matt and the entire install TEAM were excellent, there professionalism, and institutional knowledge came out as clear as the day. ALL worked as a TEAM, each knew exactly what their role was and executed perfectly! Very professional, courteous, polite, and above all the quality of workmanship was outstanding! I want to thank you all for a job well done! Guy - Waltham

Reached out to Freedom because I want to get a solar system installed on my homes roof. I’m already in the midst of considering quotes from a few other companies. When the sales guy arrived his entire pitch was about a power purchase agreement which is where they own the panels and I negotiate a rate to buy the power from them. This gentlemen’s wasn’t even from Freedom but another company that manages the projects. AND then they make you deal with Sunrun - a third company who becomes your new power company. It’s all very confusing. It’s also not a great deal unless all you want to do is get cheaper power. I want to pay nothing for my electricity which is what happens when you own your own solar system. After paying off the loan you then pay NOTHING. My sales guy kept trying to convince me go with the lease agreement - but it’s clearly because they make out better in that situation - earning energy credits and getting the federal tax incentives. I really wish Freedom asked me what I wanted and didn’t waste my time with a sales pitch.

Eli and his crew Watchmen were professional, efficient, and fantastic to work with! The solar panels are sleek-looking and very symmetrical to my roof. The installation by Eli, Al, Brian and Mike was spot on and would recommend all to ask for them specifically for installation. Thank you guys!
