Michigan solar did a great job with the design and Install of my solar project. When we ran in to some complications Jake and Mark were on top of making sure I was kept up to date and saw the resolution through. Michigan solar really does a great job ensuring the customer comes first. Would recommend them for future projects and for those looking to install solar.

Michigan Solar Solutions did a quality job installing my small 5.2kW system. I went with them because of the good reputation and reviews, and they used high performance REC panels. The installer crew was careful and courteous and they look great. My only complaint was that communication was at times poor. I had lots of technical questions about how my install would work at my home and why it would be done that way. It was difficult to get ahold of someone on the technical side of their company that could answer. I eventually did and had all my questions answered in a satisfactory way. I get the impression that the crew usually shows up at a site and figures out the details of a job on the fly. That is OK, and they know what they are doing, but I had lots of questions before hand I wanted clarification on. I say this only to help them improve! I would definitely recommend Michigan solar solutions.

Absolute quality from start to finish. Dan Henderson was great to work with as the sales engineer. He laid out in detail the product, shade report, estimated generation and exact costs. The installers were extremely professional and friendly. The communication with Dan and the office team was outstanding. I have been active for a month and it is awesome checking my app to see how much my panels are producing. I am already seeing days in November I am producing more than I'm using.

I'm not one to be easily impressed and they blew me away with how professional and responsive they were to my requests. I wanted them to go the extra mile on a very clean looking install and they nailed it. They worked very well with my personal electricians to minimize trenching and double work. Even after install & payment they are very responsive to questions and getting extra items taken care of. Mike Miller, made sure every little detail was taken care of and the system was designed how I wanted it. Highly recommend you seriously consider Michigan Solar Solutions to do your solar project!

Michigan Solar Solutions recently installed a 36 panel array on our home in Southern Michigan. Overall we couldn't have asked for better customer service. Their communication was on point, questions were quickly answered, and the time between install and activation was super quick!
