Wolf River Electric Company

Wolf River finished installing our system last week. The crew was efficient with the install and only took one day. They cleaned up the job site well and were nice and professional. The electrician explained what he was doing and provided us updates throughout the day. We are happy it only took a few months from start to install and we can't wait to produce more energy this summer with more sunshine! I've already recommended Wolf River to many of my neighbors as I enjoyed working with them! Great company!!

54-panel solar install, including additional sub-panel. Completed most of the work in originally estimated 3-days and one extra day was needed to wrap up project due to factors beyond their control. (Special thanks to Paul and Bernie as project managers for keeping things on track and keeping me up to date). Very clean and professional work. All installers were extremely courteous. Extra attention and time was paid to make sure things came out right and that things weren't just slapped in as fast as possible. (Special thanks to all the installers, spec. Sam and Andy who were always checking with me on little things to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted). They answered every question I had immediately and/or got back to me within 24 hours. I had contacted half a dozen other places and they also had the best prices by far. (Greg was the salesman I worked with and he was excellent too). Can't say enough good things about these guys. If you need to do solar I would highly recommend them.

Wolf River Electric worked with us on the best place to put the panels to collect the most sunlight. They came to install them and did a great job. We were pleased with our first bill. Every day the sunshine we are making money 👍

2 years ago in August/September of 2020, I started my search for a quality Solar Installation Company, along with referrals, which lead to Wolf River Electric. I requested a proposal in late August or very early September 2020. In late December 2020 or early January 2021, I went ahead with the purchase. I was to finally get installed on March 9, 2021, which did not happen until March 10, 2021, Since Wolf River Electric had messed up, with ordering and scheduling deliveries with their supplier. It also took them two days to install the Electrical Panel Upgrade to 200amps. Other than going through the inspections I had no idea that they did purchase the two permits because they never posted them as I was told by both inspectors they are required to post. It then took three Electrical Inspections too finally PASS the Electrical Inspection. They then Failed the Building Inspection as well for not posting the permit. April 16, 2021, the system was finally integrated with the grid and meters installed. Approximately two weeks, latter I received a call from Wolf River Electric telling me that they needed to come out to inspect the Solar System Since It was only producing on half the system. When their Electrician came out He discovered the employee who came out for the integration had neglected to turn on all the Breakers and when He inspected the rest of the system He informed me that He Found a damaged panel and a damaged cable which were both Damaged from neglect and poor Workmanship. That was around April 30,2021 / May 2, 2021,.their crews have come by twice in the last month and a half without notification to do the repairs without any parts to make the repairs. Last week August 2, 2021, they scheduled to come out August 10, 2021, and after I received permission to take part of the day off. They called August 8, 2021, to inform me they were not coming out as they had schedule with me. So here I am still waiting to get the repairs completed as per their contractual agreement they signed. WOLF RIVER ELECTRIC COMPANY is unreasonable, unreliable, untrustworthy, and they. do not stand behind their contracted obligations which are their primary sales tools to close the sale! Where I come from that sounds like advertising Fraud. I would recommend you proceed with extreme caution if you make the decision to buy from them.

They installed 23 rooftop solar panels. All parts of the process from paperwork to installation went very smoothly. After we qualified all permits required were handled by Wolf River. All questions and phone calls were answered promptly. The app shows us how much energy each panel is producing.
