I had been planning on undergoing the entire daunting task of researching, designing, buying, and installing a solar power system all by myself. After a lot of work in preparation and starting to gather materials, I happened to run into James at Carbon Recall. He was able to give great initial advice, and I immediately found out that this company not only really knows what they're doing, but that their prices for even completely installing the system themselves was no more expensive than I was already planning to have to do myself! After contracting with them to install my system, I came to find them incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. There were some optional systems that they were able to set up that by themselves also reduced my Winter electrical bill by 1/3 even before the solar power. They also had equipment options that I was unaware of, or had thought to be too expensive when I was looking into it myself. I had heard that the grid-tie system was prohibitively expensive, but this system was easily affordable. They have close ties with people whom they subcontract to do portions of the work themselves, such as the electrician who modified my electricals to make this work well and be completely within code. All of this was handled on their end, keeping the experience easy and clear for me, while providing good information and updates on what they were doing along the way. I cannot say enough good things about these fine people and this excellent business! I am so pleased and happy with my results!

I had Carbon Recall install solar panels and battery backup power in lieu of having a costly generator that is loud and requires maintenance. Carbon Recall did a great job, was always on time and communicated well. James, Hans, Joel, and the whole team did a great job. Very happy with the system overall.
