Great people who work there but busy on holidays lol

This location is always clean & safe. Many visitors off I-80. Friday & Sat nights have a "less comfortable" crowd. Produce is good. Meat is ok. Typical of Walmart meat. Has a good selection in all departments. They have clothing, sports, home goods, alcohol, cosmetics, minor fix it materials, paint etc. They are very busy in grocery pickup but they do a good job.

Horrible customer service! We were visiting from Denver and found some great winter items on clearance that my husband needed. He found a pair of gloves he wanted, but they didn’t have a price tag. We were told they would have to go look for the SKU. I commented we are not going to wait for you to look through 50 different SKUs for one item that’s on clearance. Can you just put a general SKU in and sell them to us? Now mind you I have worked retail for 30+ years so I know this is what most businesses do she said no we can’t do that so I asked her. What are you going to do with them write them off and throw them away? I think she was surprised by this question. Never once did I raise my voice or anything of that manner, and yet she said we were abusing her I said we don’t have time for this finished checking out and as we were walking out, she had Security follow us. I can’t believe this place! When I go back to visit my in-laws, you can be guaranteed. I won’t step foot in the store and spend any of my money.

Big store. Plenty of parking. Nice staff. Well stocked. What else can you say? This is definitely one of the top notch locations.

Website said you had milkhouse heaters in stock instore today... associate working in that area said no we do not we have summer stuff out (ac's , fans, etc..) it's the first week of April... spring yes but not summer... Nebraska hashad snow as late as May... ugh. This is just one recent issue... other things... they couldn't keep my large bags of cat food in stock but decided it doesn't sell well enough in this area so quit handling it. Wet cat food friskies or fancy feast ... can't seem to keep it on shelves but you can order it online never mind online price per can jumps $3.00... what happened to 24 hr store it was... lots of people in north platte work graveyard shift... not enough employees you say... ridiculous I say! as you have people all over the place shopping for other people and don't get me started about your self check outs... Sadly I believe it's the way of the world. Oh btw I found my fancy feast and friskies cat food at menards. Fancy feast was sixteen cents pet can cheaper. And friskies was $1.89 higher but could of bought 20 cases if I wanted to.
