From the beginning Wesley the electrician in charge was extremely professional. Once his team Blackjack showed up it continued. All were courteous, helpful and eager to assist with questions and of course to get the install complete. I also took notice that during the install they wore all their fall protection and ppe correctly and throughout the entire install. Keep up the excellent work guys and thank you for making the experience simple and flawless!

Blackjacks arrived on time, was very professional. I can tell with how they operated with one another. I was blowed away with the excellent service they’ve provided. I was very impressed that Eugene and Wesley came in on there day off to paint the pipe on their day off. I was totally stoked, and happy. Thanks again! Guys.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSEL! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FREEDOM FOREVER! THEY DROP ANY SEMBLANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MOMENT THE PANELS ARE INSTALLED! The installation was quick and smooth. The first step was seamless and if I gave them a review then, it would be five stars. Now, it would be ZERO Once the panels were installed, Freedom Forever has been nearly impossible to deal with. We are on our 3rd repair since installation and each time the company was non responsive and took weeks to actually come out. Now, our inverter is not functioning, and hasn't been since 8/14/2022. We've made multiple calls and emails- each response was wait x-amount of weeks. We are now paying both for the panels and a normal electric bill. This is ridiculous and now we are seeking legal counsel to resolve. Takeaway: you'll have fantastic service at installation and horrible service when something goes wrong. Seeing as how there is a 25 year warranty for repairs, this is MAJOR setback and reason to NOT use Freedom Forever!

Update: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. It turns out they screwed up the installation of the panels and the city inspector failed the project. I’ve called Freedom Forever 8 times in the two weeks since the project failed the inspection and they still have not scheduled technicians to fix the issue needed for the inspector to pass the project. We have started to pay our monthly payments for the $42,000 of panels on our roof and all they do is sit there wasting my money. In hindsight, I wish I’d gone with SunRun or SunPower, I know they wouldn’t have put me through this terrible customer experience. Original review: The team that came out to install the panels, The Yankees, were all incredibly efficient and professional. They installed the panels in a half a day and the glass on the roof looks beautiful! Thoroughly impressed by the installation team! Thanks again, Yankees!!
