The solar heating system they installed works fine but this review is about the poor customer service experience I had with them. I was contacted about three weeks ago by Celestial Solar to ask if I wanted to schedule an appointment for winterization of my pool solar system. I asked several questions about what they specifically would be doing and I also asked if the tech who came to my home would be able to assist me with the installation of a Pentair Wireless connection kit for my pool. I explained in detail what I had and that I needed assistance, and I asked if the tech would be able to help me and I was ready to pay extra for this service, but based on the conversation I felt the woman I was speaking with did not actually understand what I was asking for help with, so I asked her to confirm with a manager what I was asking and that my request could be completed. She put me on hold and came back several minutes later and said the tech would be able to assist with my request. Based upon that assurance, I agreed to schedule the winterization and I also said I would agree to their upgraded service which included coming back to my home in the spring to open it back up after the winter. The day before the scheduled appointment I called them and spoke with the same woman to confirm that they had notes or directions for the tech who would be coming and to confirm that the installation would be able to be done. After another few minutes on hold, the woman came back on and assured me that the tech who was coming to my home would be able to perform the wireless connection kit installation. The next day the tech arrived on time and the very first thing he told me was that a mistake had been made and he would not be able to assist me with the installation. I told him that scheduling this winterization was heavily influenced by the assurance I received from Celestial that they would be able to help me with this installation. He called their office and relayed to me that his manager would be sending me the contact information for someone who would be able to assist me. It is now 4 days later and I still have not received any communication from Celestial Solar, but you can be sure they did not forget to charge my credit card $285. Had they not assured me they could help on two separate phone calls, this would be a 4-5 star review because the system itself works just fine. But instead, this is a review of the extremely poor customer service experience I have received and a waste of three weeks of my time during which time I could have hired someone else who could have performed the installation.

I had the Pro Elite whole house water treatment system by GE, sold and installed by Celestial. It' s a 3,200 sqf house and everything works as promised, after a smooth, uneventful install. Good job, thank you. Update: it s been over a year now since the system was installed and Celestial remembered to send a tech just to make sure everything works fine, which it does. Impressive! Thank you guys, excellent experience with this Company :)

I have Had Celestial Solar pool panels on my pool since 2017. There information and marketing says they have a 12 year parts and labor warranty and a lifetime limited warranty. The panels started leaking last week. I called and was told that it would cost $185 for a service call. There is no mention on any document regarding a "service call" to repair a defective system. Rest assured that this system WILL develop a leak before the warranty expires. Don't expect this company to honor the warranty. UPDATE: Celestial Solar did come and replace a defective panel. I have not received any billing. (hopefully warranty covered all costs). Although I appreciate the warranty repair, there should have never been a question and any (reasonable) service fee waived if warranty item to be repaired.

Celestial Solar installed the pool solar prior to my purchase of this home. I did not know who installed it until I received a letter from them informing me of this. I was so thankful to have this information and have used them for my yearly service as well as previous issues in which I have had to replace several panels over the last few years. Their team is always professional, prompt, takes the time to explain the issue, and resolves it. Sarah has been most helpful, always kind, professional, and sincere.
