Sales reps were easy to reach, offered good advice, and everything pre-sale was fantastic. Just hope that after the sale you do not need any tech support, you will be ignored. I have called twice and left clear, simple voicemail both times - tech support line rings directly through to voicemail, a bad sign from the start. The first call was three days ago and the second call was two days after that. I still have not received a call back. Company is quick to make the sale but does not have time for you once your money has been received. Currently trying to get someone to call me back through the online chat on their website. I was told someone would be calling me shortly, but I have yet to receive a call. Dropping to one star - That's right, your team did try to contact me after I left this review and contacted your online chat. Since I live in the mountains where cell coverage is spotty, and was driving, it went right to voicemail. When I tried calling back I got the same run-around, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Third time, no luck. I've given up as it is apparent that you just do not care about the customer after sale. It is sad that I have to leave a lousy review and complain in online chat to get that ONE call.

I have purchased two inverters and 2 solar controllers over the last two years. The technical staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. They ship quickly and they sell quality products at a good price. Can't ask for better. Getting ready to place an order for additional solar equipment

I work for The Inverter Store and we strive to provide the best possible service. There are several reasons why products fail. We stand behind our product and as with every electronic, these devices need to be maintained. For questions about maintaining our products or any of our products in general please contact us. We can help recommend the best product based on your situation.

Needed a little consideration on a $11k order, and they said too bad can't help. I am having to go the altE store or Wholesale solar instead. They really didn't seem to care. After owners response: I appreciate you as the vendor cannot influence the third party finance company. The solution I suggested was to buy the kit items separately so I could comply with the third party requirements, and use my ONE credit card. I asked if a coupon or something similar to offset the bundle discount. I was told to go to Facebook where a found a coupon that expired 4 days ago. Disappointed. I do appreciate the owners response, however simplistic and slightly inaccurate. Give you a couple of stars for that. Possible solutions for future customers, have a coupon you can use in only special situations, or offer to build the shopping cart to accomplish what I need and satisfy to finance requirements. If you can't financially compensate, then another way to build value is to make it convenient.

Buying my second inverter from these guys, technical support is Great! Had a lot of questions on wiring up the 1000 watt one I got from them, and they were extremely helpful. Ordering a 4000 watt one now. Mick Richards Arlington, WA
