We recently purchased a home with two Solaflect trackers and have been so impressed by their customer and technical support. They reached out right away and sent out a service technician to give us a tour of the system, and were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the setup with our utility company. Recently, the WiFi to our panels dropped unbeknownst to us, and they quickly sent an email asking us to check on the connection. When we weren't sure just what to check, they sent a service technician out the next day. Jim was prompt, kind, and very helpful in quickly restoring the connection to our trackers. We highly recommend Solaflect to anyone looking to reduce their electric bill, build resiliency into the Vermont electric grid, and support a fine local business.

I reached out to Solaflect when my Tesla solar project kept experiencing delay after delay. I was SUPER impressed with Solaflect's responsiveness. I received an email response within hours, and had a knowledgeable solar assessor on site the very next day! They quickly came up with a few options for me, I selected one, and they quickly handled all the paperwork with the state and utility. Installation was also a breeze; i think we were generating power within a month of my email, which is a heck of a turnaround. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We love our Solaflect tracker! It performs well in all seasons, and produces almost as much electricity as our household uses, even after we installed a heat pump. The Solaflect team is great, and has served us well since 2014.

Solaflect is a fantastic company. We installed a tracker in late December 2017 and it's been cranking out an average of 20-30 kWh of power per day throughout the year. Enough to completely power and heat our geothermal cottage. The staff is a pleasure to work with, responsive, informative and just fun to interact with. We worked with Solaflect to install TWO trackers in our backyard last season. The planning folks were extremely helpful in assessing our location and orientation to assess the degree of success we might have in installing solar. The assessment lead to plans to remove a few tall pine trees to dramatically improve our results which we did affordably. Installation went easily and the team re-seeded the grassy area involved after the electrical connections to the house were buried. Our electric bill dropped from $235 monthly to $13 (Summer). When we changed and improved our internet router service I forgot to check any impact on the tracker function. Surprisingly, Solaflect was monitoring our functioning and contacted us to help reconnect. Easily done again. I cannot be happier with the working relationship this company engenders. They've advised to wait a couple years for the home battery units to decrease in price. I plan to add an electric car to our solar use when that becomes more affordable. Solaflect has been with me all the way. If you have doubts, cease worrying. This is a class act company.
