I can basically copy and paste another review. Mark was quick to sell us, disappeared, phone went right to VM, etc. Install was fantastic. Then system didn't work for close to 4 months. Put in request for reimbursement, per their suggestion. IT's been close to 4 months with no reimbursement due to that department having to handle a lot of reimbursement requests. Not surprising. Avoid Freedom Forever at all cost.

No details to share yet my service was just recently activated. No issues yet but I thought with a power outage I would still have power due to me not having a battery I would lost power that what was explained to me by the sales representative. I then inquired about a battery to go with the system I was told my home was to small then another time I was told they are no longer with the company that supply the battery and it would be a separate cost. I can give a better detail about this company probably in the next 3 months not right now

I spent several hours with Mark. He never rushed me into anything, but was professional, patient, explained everything, and respectful. He answered all my questions. I never felt I was pushed into anything I might be uncomfortable with.

Our sales person Mark was very quick to sell us. Then suddenly disappeared. We would reach out call leave messages and no response. However the installation crew was spectacular. They were professional, did what I asked, and were near and clean. Heck I even bought the coffee and lunch. Then the nightmare came…..Our system was done and installed by the end of November 2021. However, by the time we got Permission to Operate (PTO) wasn’t until March 2022. Well Freedom states you won’t have to pay until the system is running. NOPE!!!! You pay. Then they say “oh we will reimburse you for payments made while the system is down. OK cool. NOPE!!!! I’ve been fighting for 4 months reimbursement, which mind you started only as 1 month, since December. Have yet to see a dime of reimbursement. It’s been we don’t have a W9 sent that 3 times only to be told no it’s filled out wrong which it wasn’t so had to resend a 4th time. It was oh we are back logged in payments, oh your sales guy never sent anything. Excuse after excuse after excuse. Still not paid. That being said, again I can’t rave anymore about our installation people / crew but everyone in between has been a joke. Update: (4/5/22) Well, no one has reached out as of today. So once again, this is the type of thing you can expect. I will once again say the installers / services techs are on point. Billing / administrative issues don’t expect much. Was told again today from customer support that my paperwork was still incorrect. I promise I know how to spell my name and my SS# has been correct everytime. I have sent copies of tax forms and my SS Card and everything matches the W9 they requested all 6 times now. GOOD LUCK getting reimbursements from this company. Total Joke!!
