Do not use this company as they refuse to own up to and rectify their mistakes.They placed solar panels on my home last summer and this past winter had a waterfall of water in my family room causing major damage. Come to find out that they did not understand the multiplier effect of snow dumping from an upper roof onto my lower roof with skylights. I had specifically warned them about the high snowfall rate in the Southtowns and they said it is all in consideration in their design. After consultation with other solar companies in high snow area out west, found out that they should have placed snow guards on the upper roof to prevent 10 ft of snow falling on the lower roof from the upper . They refuse to correct it to standard practice in high snow areas and try to blame the lack of ice shield on the whole lower roof which is not standard practice as any one in the roofing industry would know. They also did not recommend placement of ice shield before hand. I did not have a water fall of water in my family room for 30 years until they placed the panels so their denial of responsibility is downright fraudulent. Now I am stuck with an installer that will not honor the warranty. It was not a pleasant experience having buckets placed throughout my family room and not having use of it till restored in the spring. We also had minor leaks in an adjoining room that was below the upper roof also. If you care about them causing a leaky roof in your home do not contract with them as they do not stand by their installation. Unfortunately I was impressed with the workers and staff initially until the winter disaster and in fact had signed up with them to put solar on my office. Now because he is trying to place blame on the roofing company they refuse to complete the office job and also return a $13,000 deposit. What a disaster this has become working with them.////In response to the reply they continue to state falsehoods-Their insurance company never came out to the house and stated they do not cover their mistakes- I actually paid for an inspector out of my pockets who stated that the reason for the leek was the excess snow falling from the upper roof due to the solar panels.. The inspector simply stated that Ice shield can help prevent the problem but was not the cause. He is rewriting his report to clarify that as Tyler is misquoting him from the report.

We recently had solar panels installed on our home and I would definitely recommend Buffalo Solar. They did a great job explaining the process, the system itself as well as the breakdown for the cost of the project. The guys that did the install were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you're thinking of installing solar panels, I highly recommend using Buffalo Solar.

We had Buffalo Solar build our ground mount system at our house in June, they were fantastic from the start. We were directly in contact with Forest, our sales consultant. Forest was very professional and explained everything perfectly during the sales portion. He even went above and beyond building us 4 or 5 different systems, we were on the fence of roof mount or ground mount with different styles of panels. We ended up going with the Solaria 430 ground mounts. After the sales we were introduced to Quinn, the project manager, Kyle and Tyler. Tyler the owner was onsite for our install the whole time. I thought that was awesome! Seeing the owner of the company there every step shows us he cares about his customers and loves the work he does. Quinn was awesome, he was there and still is there for every question I had. He was there to help when the power company stalled installing the new meter. The whole team at Buffalo Solar is top notch. With the solar ground mount added to our already installed geothermal system, we are fully reaping the benefits. Great job Buffalo Solar!!!

I just had my Solar System Installed by Buffalo Solar Solutions. Tyler and his crew of workers were fantastic in my opinion. They did a very clean install and answered any questions I had. They did not rush the job which is one reason I think it turned out so good. We really like the look of the Solaria panels. They are all black including the edges. I would recommend Buffalo Solar Solutions to anybody including my family and friends.

I am not happy with this company recently after knowing they fired all the workers. I got solars from them year ago and tried to reached out several times and lady name Mary spoke with me and she doesn’t have any experience or know anything about solar. I had issue with inverter and tried to call them many time and every time they told me will reach out to you on Wednesday since someone knows something about solar comes back and helps. But no one ever calls and not professional. Regrets buying solar from them. Wish Forest still worked there, because of him I got the solar. He was great and knows everything.
