My wife and I finally made the decision to go solar and the process, although a bit longer than expected, has been a great experience. Calvin sat with us and gave an excellent presentation, provided a step by step rundown so we knew what to expect, the cost, and the savings we would get by switching to solar. We were also given a diagram of what the panels would look like in our roof before they were installed! From then on, we have received numerous texts that kept us in the loop, from what was happening next, to getting permits, scheduling a brand new roof (they set up with a recommended roofing company), installing our panels, and making sure all inspections were passed. We are awaiting the switch with Dominion so Ion can complete the full set up on our account. Ion has been pretty easy to work with, they have been honest, thorough, and professional, my wife and I are both glad we made the switch to solar using Ion!

ION have been so wonderful! We just had our install completed and the were efficient, kind and cleaned up like they were never even here! It was amazing to watch! Communication from the whole ION team has been clear, constant and thorough. Shout out to Stephanie Law for her amazing customer service! We love you! Thank you to Jordan Henning for holding our hands and explaining everything so well! Even our cat loves you! I would (and have) recommended ION to everyone I know.

Ion solar has been one of the best solar companies. My sales representative Kelsey Criswell was amazing throught the process of how we would be saving money, how the panels work, and how to use the app. Not only was out sales representative was amazing but so was out solar panel technicians they were amazing at installing them and like Kelsey they answered all of our questions. We have definitely seen results with our electric since installing the solar panels and I couldn't have done it without the help of Kelsey and Ion. BEST COMPANY to had work with and best customer service!

Ion was absolutely amazing. Dean Rolle was my advisor through this process and was absolutely fantastic. Knew his stuff and helped above and beyond through every step of the way. The installation team was amazing and improved the plan onsite. I couldn't of been happier. If you are looking for a company that will give you the best and treat you great Ion is your place.

We had an excellent experience with ION Solar. Calvin Davila did an expert job explaining the system and installation process. The installation crew led by Mike were efficient and respectful of our property. Another plus is their customer service. Their support team responded to our inquiries immediately and made certain our concerns were addressed. The whole process takes time and involves licensing and inspections, but ION regularly updated us on system progress. Highly recommend if you are looking for solar installation. We received three quotes from other Solar companies, but ION stood out because of their professionalism, knowledge and customer service.
