Had an amazing experience with Ace in Aurora. We purchased the Ego Z6 electric riding motor from them and their service was phenomenal. They were so friendly and helpful. We purchased the mower and they immediately followed us home to deliver it. Highly recommend them and we will be long term customers after that experience! So glad they moved into our community. On top of all that, we love the mower too!

The owners are SO nice and helpful! They gave me a tour around the store to find what I needed. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The store is super Clean and Organized! I highly recommend you support this Small Business and Shop Local at Ace Hardware of Aurora!

I came in here to grab some items to help get my bosses house powered back up during a power outage. They had what I needed. The staff was also very helpful. Ace can be a little pricey, but I like the hometown feel and it's often much nicer to go here than some of the big box stores.

Do not purchase from them online.. Unable to return defective item because no receipt online!!! You can only return if you have the order number!! Ridiculous.
