As always my experience at Walmart is great. This is my favorite store, so I never As of yet to experience a bad time there. I know the rule when it comes to Walmart staff so I very seldom asked them for help. Not saying that all of Walmart workers are bad, just generally hard to find when you need help. Nevertheless it still is a great place for me to shop.

A typical Walmart in Columbus area. Walmarts are a typical run of the mill place. You never expect anything over the top, or fancy here. But you get everything you need. This is just another Walmart. We stopped by to pick something usual. Everything was fine and normal. The store was pretty neat, and clean.

Automatice Center Specific: I scheduled an appointment to get 4 tires changed two days in advance. I received a message that morning stating I had to be at the location within 15 minutes of my appointment time or the appointment would be canceled at my expensive. I ended up canceling a prior appointment for my son so I could ensure we make it on time. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00, we arrived up at 10:40. They told me my car would be finished by 12. At 1:00 I go to the desk to ask what the progress is and I’m told my car hadn’t even been brought in yet. That they were behind several hours. I requested a refund which turned out to be a big hassle and ended with them trying to load the tires into my car. I missed several appointments, wasted the majority of the day, and still ended up without new tires. Worst experience ever.

Don’t place an order with this location! Especially same day orders. I’ve ordered medicine for my baby at 5am and still haven’t received it. It’s currently 10pm. They basically said there’s nothing they can do about it because they’re short on delivery drivers. Why give customers the option to do same day delivery if we can’t rely on y’all to actually deliver the order? I’ve been sitting here all day waiting and nobody reached out , called me about my order or anything!

Beware this location on Morse rd.!! Not well stocked at all . You'll find that you're the interruption to employees doing their job SMH. Customer Service here is dead. Associates that are on the floor don't seem to speak or understand English at all. So by the time you do find some that understands what your requesting it's not a Customer Friendly interaction it seems more like your interrupting what they were doing. Shop here at your own risk
