This place is a hidden treasure. There are always knowledgeable and friendly people who are ready to help you with your projects. There is an amazing inventory in such a small space, and many unique items that you just wouldn't expect to see in your local hardware store. The paint department is too notch at digitally matching colors, and they have a great variety of quality name brand paints and supplies on hand and ready to mix.

I needed a new grille in a big hurry. Everywhere was quoting over a week for delivery except Ace. So I placed an order through their website as the promise date was too good to be true. I followed up with the New Albany store and spoke with Tami who was excellent to communicate my needs. On the day of delivery Conner was equally as nice to work with and help with setup. I normally shop at the other two major hardware stores but this level of customer support and communication I rec'd from Ace has won my future business. Thanks for saving our weekend bbq!

This was the first time I've been to that store and those employees were awesome 👍 We're looking for some stuff and they didn't carry it at the moment but are still trying to help with the alternatives. We asked for a nearby grocery store and one of them walked outside and gave us directions. Don't rush or try to avoid or ignore us! Very pleasant environment, definitely recommend them to my friends and family! 5 stars!!!

Kinda sucks tbh... 😕 😐 9/10 times I come here they don't have what I need. I usually say. "Damn,,, should've just drove the extra 10 minutes to home depot in the first place and saved some time." On top of losing my time not finding the things I need, they have solicitors outside who don't let you walk by without donating money to their adolescent suicide prevention. I was like just send me and email I have 0 time for this

Great Ace location with helpful, friendly staff. Great selection as well since the store size is pretty large for an Ace Hardware store
