Went very early in the morning and not one cash register was open. The only ones open were the self checkout. I had a cart full of items and had to scan them myself and then they had to clear the register because as I was folding the items to put them in the bag the register thought I wasn’t scanning something. Then I had to pay with a check and of course you can’t do that at the self checkout. Had to load my cart up and go to the customer service to finish my transaction. Self checkout is fine for a couple items but not an entire cart full!! Let cashiers have their job so that they can support their families!!

The supplied here were a bit lacking. I expected a lot more selection across the board from seasonal items to toy selection and such. Lines were short, though and that's important. It was reasonably clean throughout.

If I could give a zero I would. I went to buy some wrapping paper and when I got to the checkout, the associate told me that it was not ringing up properly and that I’d have to go back and grab some more so I grabbed three different rolls. When I finally make it back, not only did none of the rolls scan, but they then told me that there was absolutely nothing they could do and even though the price was written on the item, they weren’t willing to add it in.

Made a delivery order to be delivered between 2-3 pm and I didn’t receive it at all. Canceled all my plans to wait for it and the store customer service is awful! Called them and they never got back to me. The main customer service told me to wait till 12 am for the order lol. Extremely disappointed service. It was told that the delivery person canceled the delivery. Please hire responsible people. If they cancelled an alternative should have been placed if not should have given a proper response and cancelled without making me wait forever! I waited over 6.5 hrs without a proper response! What a waste of time and energy calling back and forth to people who have 0 care for customers!!!
