Best experience I've had at Wal-Mart in a while. The lady behind the bakery on Saturday (3/11/23) early evening was awesome. I picked up a 7 in round cake from the display and I asked if she could write on it. I didn't think she could write very much there since it was a very small area that could be used. She not only managed to write out "Happy Birthday Linda" on this small cake, but she added pretty little flowers and made it look really nice. She made it special and I appreciated that so much. Also, the lady at checkout was very nice, friendly, and efficient at her job. I left feeling good about my experience. I hope I have that kind of customer service in the future and I wish other stores would follow this example of what shopping should feel like.

worse pleace for town. Management is bad and absent in busy hours. Worse seen I witnessed Fraida( manager) was yelling at one black employee. The old lady was going to cry. I was expecting someone will ask me why I am so disappointed? It's been months no one cares. What a disappointment 😞

I went into Walmart to try to exchange a Christmas gift for a smaller size that I actually needed , the Walmart associate didn't like that I didn't have a receipt , she went to scan my items with her phone and tried to tell me that they didn't sell that stuff, but I know that's where it was purchased and I know they sell that brand. I said okay whatever I proceeded to go back to my car I put my stuff in the car and went back into Walmart , and low an behold on their shelves the exact same one," but they don't sell it". I understand that there's a lot of thievery going on and everything but that is also why they check our IDs I haven't returned something to Walmart and probably 5 years cuz, I hate Walmart I hate shopping at Walmart, I hate everything that has to do with Walmart. I literally was only in here cuz this is where my mother purchased the gift , now I have tell my poor little mother she has to try to find a receipt that she doesn't think she has anymore or I'm stuck with something that I can't use. Even though they're policy clearly states that I have 90 days to return it without a receipt even for online stuff being bought so stuff they don't carry.

Went in today forgot my card and only had a little cash, a very nice man behind me paid for my groceries. I wanted to get his name so I could pay him back but I was just embarrassed, crying and ready to get out of there... I couldn't remember the roofing company he had mentioned either. But if he ever sees this I wanted to thank him! I really appreciate you helping me out you truly blessed me and helped me more than you know.

This location never has enough lanes open and is always busy. With the holidays near, it is especially busy and irritating to have to stand in line so long and usually have to go round up your own cart. Another suggestion would be to have a night stocking crew so that you don't have large pallets of grocery items sitting around for customers to have the maneuver around because you're trying to stock shelves during the busy times. We were in there around 6:00 the other night and there were pallets everywhere in the grocery section.
