This is a five star VIP treatment shout out to both the Walmart auto center and their supervisor Stephanie. They finish the service so fast I couldn’t believe they did the job right. I did the math on paper for the suggested service and felt maybe there was a mistake. Current mileage 185,105 Suggested mileage for high mileage oil change: 188105. 188105-185105= 3,000 miles Previous associate informed me 7,500 is the amount of miles you can get with a high mileage oil change. Since 185,105+7,500= 192605 (what I estimated the suggested service should be) And 192605-188105=4,500 differential I thought there may be a mistake of me being charged for a high mileage oil change and receiving a standard oil change. The manager explained the difference between the amount of miles you can potentially get with the oil change and Walmarts recommended oil change which bc is 3,000 miles. I’m going to go by her word and the time she invested in explaining it to me because it makes sense to someone who has no for knowledge of cars. She was very kind, pleasant, patient, and she made my day go well. I appreciate her and the Walmart auto center team.

There is no lines ever open except self check out. We need the lines back open to have a better interaction. Self check out should still be an option but there is nothing like joking with the individual ringing up your things. Plus cutting staffing like that is absurd, just for us to check our selves out. I would have gave one star but the staff that does work there is mostly great people.

Employees at Curbside Pickup were very nice and helpful. I had an issue with my order since I had to leave unexpectedly. Customer Care responded to my email and then they were able to help me by phone. It took a few days to get it resolved, but Customer Care was quick and I was issued a refund.

The lady at service desk was very nice. I felt bad she had a meant customer before me. Self service girl was nice. Dog bed I bought rang up different then what i thought by $3 more. They were a mess back there and nothing had a price.

Just left the store at 7:10 PM. Came for Money Services. Sign says they close at 8 PM. Of the the FOUR employees standing behind the desk, one informed me that MS was closed. "The sign says it's supposed to run until 8," I said. "It's supposed to" were the exact words I was told. And that was all they told me. MS was the only reason I came to this location tonight. Nothing else. So that's nearly 30 minutes of my time wasted. A few days ago, I came into the store for some light shopping but mainly for MS again. I was told that the MS desk employee had just gone on their 1-hour break from 3 PM to 4 PM. Somehow a multi billion dollar corporation couldn't get anyone else to cover the MS desk for a 1-hour lunch. This is RIDICULOUS. Y'all can't do better than that??!
