I highly recommend this company.. the whole team was very professional and very prompt in reaching out to me. Kennady especially was very informative and honest. Her enthusiasm was extremely infectious. She was amazing to work with. Thus far I have been very impressed with the comps.

Anthony and Bekka were great! They were extremely patient and very kind, they always were willing to hear me out before making assumptions about the questions I wanted answered! I had an overall great experience and will definitely be recommending their services to everyone I know

The completed job was done very well. The men tat worked on my system did a great job, everything went smooth and the men were on time and curtious. Also did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend this company to people in the Pa. area.

I want to start this by saying that when I CAN get someone to come out, they're nice and professional. Getting someone to either answer an email, or do what they say they're going to do (like come out for service, or call to schedule to come out for service) is like pulling teeth out of a shark's mouth with your bare hands. I understand that there are other customers, but when a customer is attempting to make contact over an issue, you cannot ignore the customer that needs service or allow them to fall through the cracks. That just sends the message of 'Well, we got your money, so we don't care'. I have been trying to get in touch with someone for about three weeks about an error message on my outside box. At first I emailed the person of contact, nothing. I called the number, nothing. I then tried contacting numbers online, and even the initial people I talked to. One email kicked back saying that the email didn't exist, the other person stated they were no longer with the company. So I called again, and finally got someone two weeks later (last week) on a Friday. I was told that someone would call me in three days to schedule an appointment for service. I heard from no one since last Friday. I'm really beginning to wish I had never seen this company's ad on YouTube because its just been frustrating. Over the summer I had an issue with a leaky roof where they were working. The roof is relatively new and had never leaked before. A person came out, left and I didn't hear anything for weeks until someone came out to patch the spot. The customer service is just not good. At all. I seriously want to just have them take their panels down and go to another company. But then how do I know that I won't have a similar experience?

So helpful, and super courteous! Our family wanted to get started with solar, and these guys made the process stress-free. Great company!
