Food prices are going up but the quality of the food doesn't meet even halfway most of the time. If you want fresh produce or meats I advise you to order them online. There's a HUGE DIFFERENCE in what's on the shelves and what's in the back. When you order online they get it from the back (very fresh!) Vs. buying it yourself and it's been touched by everyone not to mention their produce and even meats are getting bad. #BuyFoodOnlineFromWalmart

Grocery pick up or Walmart plus at this store is a waste of time and money. I’ve tried several times in the last two years to give them chances to fix it . There’s always an issue . The produce is bad or you order zucchini or get a cucumber . The items are busted open and when you call they promise to fix it and it never happens . Or you check in to pick up your order at the store and wait another hour. Why did I order ahead when I could of went inside and shopped it myself? Don’t waste your money with grocery pick up or Walmart plus from this store . There are always issues and nobody cares to fix it .

We went to the Walmart in Monks corner to order a birthday day cake for our autistic son, who was turning 9. The cake was so nasty looking it looked like a 2 yr old decorated it. We ordered white cake , we got yellow, we said put strawberry filling in the middle they clumped it right in the middle didn't smooth it out or nothing. If you buy a ordered cake there cut a pieces while your standing there because it will probably be made wrong.

I ordered tires from Walmart. I then went to Walmart in Moncks Corner, SC to have the tires mounted and balanced. I got there at 9:15a was finally in the system around 9:30ish and was like 5th or 6th in line. Was told that it would be about an hour or so and that I would be notified when complete so, I walked around the store and did my shopping. I was getting tired of meandering around the store and noticed that it was now after 11am. I checked out and headed back to the tire center. It is now 11:30a - all the vehicles that were there when we arrived are now gone and many new ones are in the parking lot. Mine was still in the lot and my tires had not been changed yet. We waited calmly as others were paying and leaving. It is now after 12pm and the lady at the desk noticed us waiting at which time she went out and pulled our vehicle into the bay. About 5mins later someone came out and told us that they could not change our tires because of my running boards. (FYI - Running boards are factory and come on most if not all mid/large SUVs) They took my spouse into the bay and showed him “why” they couldn’t put my Durango on the lift, at which time he showed them how to do it and they refused. Now mind you…. There were multiple SUVs done that day. There were two in front of us and large trucks that also had running boards. I’m not sure what the problem was but the fact that I waited almost 3.5hrs to find out that they “couldn’t” change my tires is Bull! I find this to be EXTREMELY unprofessional and even more so that they allowed us to wait that long and not a single person was apologetic (not even the Manager of the department who checked us in and was at the desk when my spouse was pulled to the back). No one said a word! Just handed us the keys! The best part is… I have had my tires changed at this location and on the same vehicle nonetheless…. So, can someone please explain why this happened and how y’all plan to make up for my lost time. I missed worked because of this!

I use the online grocery shopping and pick up here and they are the best. I never have a long wait for my groceries and very few substitutions and unavailable items like I experienced at other stores. Also great customer service!
