Phenomenal experience start to finish. Financing was extremely generous and resulted in significant savings over my typical electric bill. The team was extremely communicative and professional from initial sale to system initialization. Also whoever said solar panels don't look good is kidding themselves (pardon the messy lawn, new construction home).

Sales Rep came out with a deal that I couldn’t resist. I was a little skeptical at the beginning but I am happy I did not go along with it. One of the inspectors came out to take pictures and inspect where to install the solar panels. Moments into the inspection I noticed too giant hole in my ceiling. They damaged my ceiling And did not fix it. I spoke to 5 different people and been brushed off. Every minute I here the same story and no one came out to fix the hole . It is over 90 degrees in NC and all that heat is spewing out from the attic into the room. This is increasing my light Bill. It’s been going on three weeks and no one came out to repair the damages. If they cannot fix this small problem what would happen if my solar is out. I don’t think they are true to their word. They just want a quick sale. This is a disgrace!!!! I am not please. Now I have to take my money and fix something they messed up. If I could’ve give negative stars I would’ve.

Brittany is the “go-to” individual on the fluent sales team. She was patient, well-read, available, and able to follow up on every question and concern I had. If she wasn’t familiar with question she had instant access to those that did. It was obvious her work relationships were well connected and only increased my confidence in making the decision to go solar. The process was smooth, and quick. Alex and his team did not disappoint. Thanks for the high standards and professionalism.

Terrible experience beginning to end. Part of the install, they agreed to remove my solar water heater and panels which they used a third party ( they use 3rd parties to complete all their work). The contractor said that there was more work than fluent had contacted him to do, fluent then finds a new contractor to do the work and doesn't tell the previous contractor. I end up having to tell the contractor that fluent is using another contractor. On install of the solar panels, the contractor installed a frame around my back door of electrical conduit. Once I saw what the contractor was doing, I reached out to fluent and they said to let him finish and they'll review after install, I sent fluent pictures and they agreed to move the conduit to a more logic location after the contractor had drilled holes into my brick wall and hike through my roof. They filled the holes with caulk and it looks really bad. Fluent had said they would do an efficiency improvement as part of my install, but they wouldn't do it for a couple months after the solar was installed. About a month before the scheduled date, the contractor that was to complete that work contacted me and said they ended their relation with fluent and would no longer be doing the work. Fluent said they would refund that money, but it's now been over a month with no communication about a resolution. To summarize, the are terrible communicators, they are burning through contractors fast, they do bad quality, they charged me for services they did not provide. I am glad the solar is installed, but given the experience I've had, I am worried they will not stand behind their product if anything goes wrong.

Great company to work. The app is amazing. The electric bill is definitely lower now. Thank you Fluent Solar. Definitely won’t work with any other solar companies but you
