Every step of the process exceeded my expectations! Paul was very knowledgeable and worked with us to design a system that met our needs. Not too big that we'd be overpaying, and not too small that it wouldn't generate enough power. Patricia in the billing department helped us secure an energy-efficiency loan and made the paperwork a breeze. Kyle and the rest of the installation crew was safe, tidy, and professional while working on our roof. I'm so happy with our solar panels!

Our experience was excellent with Whidbey Sun and Wind. Our solar panels and back up battery are up and running. They monitored the performance and when one panel was not doing as well as expected they promptly came out and replaced it. Good people, good performance and good products! They came when promised and did an excellent job.

They are knowledgeable, competent, responsive, answered all of our questions. Solar panels just installed but so far seems high quality and no issues. would definitely use them again.

I called WSW regarding replacement of my old whole house generator after getting nowhere with other electrical contractors in the area. I immediately got in touch with Paul, the owner of this small business, and arranged an onsite review of the project within a few days. Paul was very knowledgeable about the circuit configuration of house generators, National Electrical Code requirements, and the sizing for our new generator. He was also very realistic on the delivery time for generators given recent high demand, pandemic affected vendor delivery schedules, etc. Once the generator arrived, his team of electricians was scheduled, the installation was completed in one day, county inspections were scheduled and completed, and I was checked out in it’s operation, all within a week. The whole process was very professional, fast, and friendly. The only concern I had was that WSW’s quoting and billing process does not break out the details of labor and materials, a business tradition that I am familiar with. I was quoted a price for the entire job which seemed reasonable but a bit mysterious about how they came up with it, I’d definitely use them again for future electrical work if needed.

I could not be more pleased Paul got his crew here 2 months early and we have been sending to the grid daily His best estimate was 75-80% efficiency On a cloudless day we are currently topping out at 93% I strongly recommend Whidbey Sun & Wind
