Ordered online and pickup at one of their distributors. Both batteries had bent posts which eventually broke off. Took it up customer service and it was dismissed as something I had done wrong. I am not sure if the distributor stacked the batteries to cause the bent post or if this was normal practice. Either way I am now out hundreds of dollars and I now have to broken batteries that can't be fixed.

Excellent Customer Service! Bought a new 5 th Wheel with Canada Energy Batteries. They did not hold a charge as expected, so I called directly to Canada Energy and they went out of their way, listening and wanting to resolve the issue. I live about an hour away so the manager decided to replace the batteries immediately. The batteries were a month old. This saved me another trip to pick them up when they were all tested which would of taken many hours. I really appreciate the kindness and understanding expressed by Operations Manager Charl Smith and his Assistant Matt. Customer Service Is Everything! Brian Cooper Whiterock BC

We really enjoyed our experience purchasing our solar system through Canadian Energy. The staff were very helpful in explaining what we would need and how to set up our electrical system. I highly recommend them!
