Exceptional work by a reliable team. Very accommodating to our needs and complicated system with prior wind and solar installations. Terrific job of explaining the operation and controls, our responsibilities and options for adding to our system in the future. We highly recommend Baseline Solar.

We had them install our first system in 2019. I was impressed with their work ethic. They were very easy to work with. We ran into a couple of problems but they worked everything out they do stand behind their work. The new panel (pictured below) went in last month and it went in smoothly.

This is my 3rd Solar installation, having done 2 in Vermont. These guys are good. Patrick was very good at listening during the initial visit to understand what my concerns and needs were. He carefully explained how things work in Virginia as it relates to Net-metering. He researched Battery systems for me and explained the difference in how they connect to my system. Baseline's installation team was very professional and knowledgeable. They were very neat and careful with their work. I have done some construction/electrical/roof work in the past and their work was top notch. I saw lots of little things they did that could have been skipped to save a bit of time or material. Standing on our roof, comparing their work with solar on a roof nearby, I was very happy to have hired Baseline. I have confidence that the system is the highest quality available and was installed to the highest standard. I also hired them to install a heat-pump water heater and an EV car charger. Again, the work was done to spec and complete ahead of schedule. They also installed an eGauge system which has turned out to be a wonderful addition, definitely worth the extra cost. Just knowing what things in the house are using has allowed us to shift our usage to save a few more dollars (and I am a geek, so I like data, and I like to confirm that the system is working as described.) I highly recommend Baseline Solar.

Baseline Solar did an excellent job with our solar system install. The workers were always on time and extremely polite. They completed the installation very quickly, while making sure everything was top quality. The inverters in the basement were arranged beautifully (see pic). They feel like a display rather than an eyesore. I happily recommend Baseline Solar to anyone who asks.
