Just WOW

I recently selected Kuby Renewable Energy for my solar panel installation, and the experience was exemplary from start to finish. Their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and support, guiding me through my research and addressing all my inquiries with patience and expertise. The installation was executed swiftly and meticulously. The crew worked efficiently, ensuring that everything was completed to the highest standards and left my property in pristine condition. Their attention to detail was truly commendable. What particularly stands out is their outstanding follow-up service. They ensured my complete satisfaction with the installation and provided ongoing support to guarantee optimal functionality. I highly recommend Kuby Renewable Energy to anyone considering solar panels. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are unparalleled.

Decided to add solar panels to my home and they were fantastic to work with. Their professional staff helped guide me through the entire process and made sure I applied for the energy rebates. If your thinking of going solar this is definitely a company you should speak with.

From my very first email inquiry with Kuby to the final installation and approval of my solar panel system, Kuby was excellent to deal with. All of the staff I worked with, from the project managers to the installers were respectful, professional, and communicated well. Whenever I had questions about the progress of the project, they answered them quickly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend them for any solar project (and in fact I already have recommended them to a number of friends and family.)

When asked to write a feedback experience letter for Kuby Renewable Energy we originally thought “This is going to be easy!” We were mistaken. It was challenging to find the adjectives to describe our experience. We looked at awesome, amazing, phenomenal, and found they just didn’t describe the experience. We expect and insist on getting quality service and value for our family and Kuby hit it right out of the park. Tim from sales helped educate us beyond what Mark had researched himself and designed a system to suit our needs, Adam and his installation team were excellent courteous and very professional. Mark had warned KUBY staff that he only knew enough about solar to be a pain in the neck and to explain his questions as if they were speaking to a 3rd grade science student. Clearly they enjoy their careers and serving their clients. Paul and Marika were ensuring the installation was seamless. We were supported with any of our questions and queries. Their patience and commitment to excellence readily apparent. If you’re looking for a solar solution based on Quality Service and Value, People who are Genuine, Gracious, and love what they do, expect and deliver excellence and nothing less, then from our experience we highly recommend Kuby Renewable Energy as your contractor. Had a solar system installed last month. After conducting much research of good installers the name Kuby had many great reviews. I contacted them and they held true to their reputation. I am very pleased with the quality of work, their communication with the client and the overall experience. I would highly recommend using Kuby if you are considering getting solar installed.

Our decision to purchase a Tesla Powerwall through Kuby Renewable Energy was a a great choice! Although there was a considerable delay from order to delivery, due to no fault of Kuby, they maintained effective communication to provide updates. When our unit was brought out for installation and commissioning, two experienced Electricians, Simon and Paul took great care in their work. They arrived on time, completed their work as estimated, were courteous, and on departure, left our home as they would a clean worksite! I am impressed with the quality of work and care demonstrated throughout this project and without hesitation recommend Kuby Renewable Energy Ltd!
