I recently had Solar installed by Zeno, and I couldn't be happier. I began my process 8+ months ago with 3 quotes and presentations, and Zeno stood out then as the most well organized, and the most interested in my project, so I selected Zeno. They were very helpful describing my system, and helping me through the Greener Homes process. I ended up making a change in the last few weeks prior to install, and the operations team jumped to attention, and worked together to implement the change, and maintain the installation date. Once installation day came, the crew (Stephen, Ralph and Alex) were exceptional. They were very clear with the activities they were going to perform that day, and took the time to do a very high quality installation. They even repaired a small section of roof that had been previously damaged. I happened to glance up, and a team member was on the ladder, pulling leaves out of my gutter while waiting for his partner to do something; certainly not part of the install, but a demonstration of the great crews you have at Zeno. I would highly recommend Zeno for your solar install.

There is normally something to complain about but I have to admit Zeno attention to detail is impossible to fault. Kael in Sales was very responsive and ensured I always got any queries responded quickly and guided me through the whole process. The installation and handover was professional. I was clearly notified by Tanner and his team of the entire process during the installation. The documentation provided is clearly presented and easy to understand. I would strongly recommend Zeno. There are not many companies out there that work like this. Thank you Kael and Zeno team.

We approached 3 solar companies. Zeno offered competitive pricing and warranties and was the first to come up with a solution for our solar needs. (We required panels on our house and garage to meet our electrical output.) All stages of the process went smoothly. Our main contact Daniel was helpful and informative, quickly responding to any questions that we had. Before installation, we had questions regarding trenching, etc. and someone came out almost immediately to see the property on our request. The installation team was also awesome: very polite and considerate of us/our property, while working like dogs each day. Overall, we are impressed and would recommend Zeno without hesitation. They did/are doing a fantastic job!

Zeno recently installed 16 panels on my home, and I am extremely pleased with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and efficient, and they made the entire process of going solar seamless and stress-free. My Sustainability Specialist, Ty, managed the sales and answered all of my questions as I was deciding which solar company to choose. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful, always willing to ensure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He was also well-informed about the Greener Homes Grant and Loan programs that I am using to fund this project. Throughout the process, Ty checked in with me regularly and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had. The installers, Cam and Ryan, were also fantastic. They arrived promptly on the first day and introduced themselves right away. They consulted with me about their install decisions and were happy to chat and answer any questions I had. They were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process and completed the installation in a timely and efficient manner. When they left, the work area was spotless. Overall, I would highly recommend Zeno for anyone considering a solar installation for their home. Their team is highly organized and provides excellent customer service from start to finish. I have worked with many contractors, and I can't think of another that I would recommend as highly. Thanks to Zeno, I am now able to generate my own clean energy and contribute to a more sustainable future.

We have been really happy to work with Zeno Renewables to get a 4.74 KW solar system installed on our house. It has been busy saving us $$ for a month an a half now with no sign of any problems. Zeno has a very well integrated team of people who all know their part of the project, and work together to get it done. The actual installation was completed in under a day, and the crew explained what they were doing, and were very helpful in answering all our questions. The part of the project that Zeno shines at is dealing with all the background requirements - all the regulatory, inspection and assessment issues were dealt with seamlessly and it was a great weight off our minds to know that it was looked after.
