bought a lipo battery for my drone and it was half the battery stock ones are. properly stored it in storage mode and cycled battery at least 10 times and the battery got even worse. total wast of money!!! I did call in the first week after receiving battery and expressed my concerns and was told to use the battery a few more times, so i did only to find out the warranty is only good for what 10 - 15 days. i guess the guy that told to try it a few times knew that. that why you get a bad review!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service overall. Price is better than any other retailers. Experts on products advise for the fact that company is based upon. Why would anyone purchase battery where they are not a battery dedicated company. I have purchased many batteries from them from automotive to heavy equipment applications. None of them have ever failed for many years now. The only way their batteries will fail is misused and abuse or lack of maintenance on the consumer part. Definitely recommend to everyone. They have variety of brands and for any applications. The price is the best part.

Great customer service and very reasonable prices. They were even able to provide me with Zantrex and Victron components for my RV solar project. I would certainly use them again for all my batteries and main solar components.

Very good product and the service is stellar. Sound advice and very efficient service to pick up product, while maintaining covid19 protocols in office and shipping area. Altogether a very positive experience in obtaining replacement batteries for my offgrid system.

I bought a battery from this company in Sept of 2015. In December of 2016 it died. The staff at the Edmonton location were very rude and condescending (basically called me an idiot multiple times) and tried to avoid honoring the warranty. Frustrated I contacted the main office and eventually got a replacement battery. I left it in the house until February to avoid freezing it since I wasn't driving that car. After installing it I used it from early February until the first week of April when my car wouldn't start. The "new" battery failed a battery load test by my mechanic, apparently it is a dud and only worked for two months. If you want a reliable battery I would recommend looking anywhere else. Other than trying for some warranty stuff I will never shop here again.
