We had the Terralta team service both our air conditioner and our furnace in our new to us home in the last year. Both times they were there their team was fast, kept everything clean and tidy, and they did an excellent job educating me on what they were doing and how I could help ensure it didn't occur again to save me a service call. I really appreciated the entire process with the team and I know I can rely on them to be honest and fair with their pricing.

I know the leadership team at Terralta personally and they get it! They understand what the needs of their customers are and provide expert advice and excellent client service. They are building an integrated organization that can deliver and adapt to our changing needs for energy. They are open, responsive and deliver solutions. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Terralta has been superb. From the initial estimate where Scott showed me all the possible systems that would fit my home, to the install with the friendly and informative electricians, They staff at Terralta have been for me every step of the way, They have answered all of my questions (even the ones I asked more than once). I am very happy with my system. I would recommended Terralta to anyone!

The Terralta electrical team updated lighting in our home to LED pots, we are very happy with how things turned out. The team was professional, they cleaned up any mess, and ensured to be go above and beyond to be COVID safe.

Called Mr. Campbell and we went for lunch. Told him what I wanted, he said "yes we can do that." I had a new roof installed on the house, it was needed. Terralta showed up with their team and in no time at all I was making power. 3.25 megawatts generated so far and no problems. And the city of Medicine Hat thru the Hat Smart program paid 1/3 of the cost. Great people to work with. When the city let's us have a bigger system, I'll be calling Marcus to get the job done. Good job, Great work. Thank you very much. Brian and Barbara Kenworthy. Medicine Hat.
