Summary: confrontational and easily miscommunicates. Details: Below is full verbatim pre-sale conversation for second hand 190Ah AGM batteries he is selling. I already have same model from different seller - it tested good by load test, but failed miserably on capacity, so I am rather conscious about capacity of used batteries. Me: what is manufacture date ? thanks Him: between 2011 and 2016 Me: did you try to do charge/discharge test on some? i bought same ones of someone else and they had 15% original capacity left Him: Good for you. We guarantee them for 90 days. Me: 15% is far from good. Him: I load test them and that's all, as I have had over 300 of them in the last 6 weeks and to charge/discharge each is nuts. If the person you bought them from had anyintegrity they would exchange them. Me: I asked if you did charge/discharge test on some. Him: And i just told you that I have over 300 and it's not worth my time. That is why we offer a warranty Me: SOME means "a few". Anyway, thanks for replies, Good bye Him: SOME means some. As someone who has never bought anything from us, it's pretty entitled to demand I expend my time for your benefit.... but that is the point of the warranty...to make sure you get what you paid for. Already more than anyone else offers. Conversation got off rails. Not a demand, but a simple question if batteries were spot tested for remaining capacity. If from same source, batteries likely have similar State of Health. Exchange warranty is useless, if only remedy for poor SOH battery is exchange for another unit from same lot. Update after repetitive rambling below: I thought Mr PreciousTime was a teenager in a rebelling phase, hence his charming personality, but he says he is doing this for 17yrs. That is quite sad. God bless anyone who has to deal with this on daily basis.

Brook and crew have been amazing with no matter what off grid racket I’ve encountered. As a single girl, scared to death of electrocuting herself, their skill, knowledge and vast amount of patience have me running with wires and batteries with confidence in no time. All I can say is I shoulda turned left at the end of my street instead of right because no offence Miramichi, what took me all day at home to NOT find what I needed, I had within 5min of being in the door of Unplugged Power. Even in a snowstorm, still worth the trip!

Would you would deal with them ? Everyone makes a choice on how to 1/ Operate their business and 2/ Whether you would choose to do business with them. Ads were placed on a popular online site stating they had used 100 aH batteries and I needed 7 to do what I needed to do. The company was contacted and there were no batteries available but they getting more the following week ... GREAT ! We agreed via both voice and email that I would place a 20% CASH deposit down for the 7 batteries and they would have them next week. The Next week came and no batteries but they would be definitely getting them the following week. OK ... Not what i was told but things happen and I get it. Followed up the following week and still no batteries ! To which the response was "Well - not sure when we will be picking some up ... We're busy etc etc" I was going away for two weeks at that time so we agreed that I would wait once again and that they would email me when the batteries were obtained. I received an email on the Tuesday telling me they had 7 batteries ... were holding them and I could pick them up upon my return. I emailed back ... GREAT back on Thursday and will pick them up on Friday. Thursday ... I received additional communication from them telling me that they sold 4 of the batteries to someone else and that there were now only 3 batteries available for me but that would be OK because they were getting more in. So ask yourself ... Search those memory banks ... Have you EVER heard of a company that has taken an order ... Had down payment placed and accepted on the order to be fulfilled ... Told you that your order was completed, in stock, reserved and available for pick-up. Then sold part of your order ? As I said we all make choices ... A business owner can choose to operate in any manner they deem fit and in all my years ... I have NEVER heard of or experienced anyone selling part of a customers order after taking deposit to fulfill the contract - telling the customer the order was complete and waiting for pick-up and then selling part of the customers order. So ... I choose to write this review to tell people about my experience on how they conduct business. Now ask yourself ... Based on my experience would YOU Choose to do or chance doing business with a company that offers that type of customer service. I know why my choice is !!! What is yours ?

There is no other place in Moncton to buy MC4 Connectors for solar panels. Glad they stock them. Thanks guys.
