Perfect service, great prices and professional staff for CAR CAMPERS! They developed a super exciting battery, MPPT and solar panel system for my camping trips with my SUV for a very low budget. So that made me able to run my refrigerator in 7 -10 day camping trips.

Purchased $500 Victron inverter that was delivered damaged. One of the metal mounting feet was bent back and the plastic shows signs of stress. Dealing with Volts was like pulling teeth. It took 25 back and forth emails to eventually get a resolution. Initially they claimed that Victron won't return the item, but I bought it from Volts, not Victron. Volts return policy clearly stated they would refund an order that had "visible defects", but they initially said that Victron won't return the item (I called Victron and the rep said that warranty is void if an inverter shows signs of damage and the issue is with Volts). It was only when I mentioned filing a dispute with Visa I started to get anywhere. In the end it took 29 days to get a refund. They eventually paid for shipping and decided to "exceptionally refund me".

The pre-sales experience was phenomenal. I dealt mostly with Harnoor B. He made sure that all my technical questions were answered; if he didn't know the answer, he would involve other technicians as required. It was nice to discuss/understand the features and limitations of the solution I was planning to implement prior to purchasing. Harnoor made sure that I had everything I would need to complete my inverter project; along with assurances he is just a phone call away to help with any questions or problems that may arise during installation/use. I would definitely buy from them again!

Initially, I had a difficult transaction on a complete system for an off grid bunkie. But Volts made up for it with some great service after the sale. My final challenge is passing my ESA inspection. Turns out as awesome Victron is, they are missing features required by ESA for a system over a certain voltage (DC arc fault and ground fault). Thankfully, Volts has been awesome to help me update my system to meet those requirements. More details will be added to this after my next inspection.

Absolutely great customer service!! very professional staff, and great products! Harnoor was very helpful, kind and gave great tips and pointers on how to use certain products and what he recommended! 100% recommend!
