BE AWARE !! ALERT !!!! This is a company that scams customers and tenants !!! Be aware !!! DON'T choose this company and definitely don't sign a work contract or any agreements with them!!! This is a company that doesn't care about the health issues of the tenants and minor kids, and they only care about closing the deal, open the job and charge money without considering the tenants' health or the people living in the house !!! This company came to the house in Canoga Park, CA I've been renting for about 10 years after we found an active mold and of course i didn't refuse the repair but I asked my landlord to get a relocation to a safe house and compare to my rent home, and even though I provided to REMEDIX Restoration company medical documents and stated that I have asthma and the chemical that they want to use in my home can TRIGER MY LIFE and my health !!!! also, I explained them my daughter has special needs and can't smell or hear loud sounds due to her autism issues to use loud m
