Great Service

We recently worked with Modern Build Home Remodeling on our bathroom remodel, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. From the beginning, the team was easy to communicate with and took the time to understand what we wanted before getting started. They helped us with some of the design decisions and made sure the details were handled properly throughout the project. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept the work area as clean as possible. The finished bathroom looks beautiful and feels like a completely different space. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Modern Build to anyone considering a bathroom remodel.

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and bathroom remodel in Santa Monica. From the beginning, the Modern Build team was easy to work with, listened to what we wanted, and helped us through all the little decisions along the way. They kept us updated throughout the project and really cared about getting the details right. The finished kitchen and bathroom turned out beautiful, and the whole house feels completely different. We’re very happy with the work and would definitely recommend Modern Build Home Remodeling to anyone planning a remodel.

Bathroom Remodeling

I recently completed a bathroom remodeling project with Modern Build Home Remodeling and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Matthew was my main point of contact and he made the entire process feel simple and well organized. He walked me through different layout ideas, helped me choose finishes, and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. The work itself was done with a high level of care. The crew removed the old bathroom, installed a new walk-in shower, vanity, flooring, and updated fixtures, and everything was done with precision. I especially appreciated how much attention they gave to the tile work and waterproofing details, which really show in the final result. The finished bathroom feels completely upgraded, clean, modern, and much more comfortable to use. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and would confidently recommend them to anyone planning a bathroom remodel.

Kitchen Remodeling

I had a really great experience with Modern Build Home Remodeling for my kitchen remodel. From the first meeting, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They helped me choose the right cabinet style, countertop, backsplash, and lighting, and really paid attention to all the small details that brought the whole kitchen together. They kept me updated throughout the project, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel stress free. The quality of the work honestly exceeded my expectations, and you can tell they really care about the final result. My kitchen looks completely transformed, more modern, functional, and beautiful than I imagined. It’s not easy finding a company you can trust these days, but these guys definitely delivered. Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
