Personal training with a personal touch! I became a client of Damien's purely off referral, and as we all know, referral business is the best business. I was hesitant to meet him because the idea of a trainer can be intimidating...so much potential judgement - not even the case with Damien! I felt a sense of comfort and support from the minute we met. Our initial consultation consisted of an overall endurance test, which left me more than out of breath - yikes! But I knew after our initial meet and...sweat, that I would see results if I made the commitment to keep coming back. Damien's training method is a combination of custom-tailored workouts and diet monitoring. Trusting him and his expertise in health and wellness has allowed me to see significant changes physically, mentally and nutritionally - more than my own individual efforts have ever achieved. Hours and availability are flexible; so whether you are an early riser or prefer sessions later in the day, you too can be accommodated. I can't give enough praise and local love to this hidden gem. Above all else, Damien is more than a fitness guru, he is a friend. If you are tired of not seeing changes or just tired of your own excuses, make time in your schedule to head over to House of Sweat. It will not only help you push past your limits, but it will change your life!

SO GRATEFUL!!!!! I have been training with Travis for 6 months - dropped 8lbs and 8inches - seeing a body I haven't seen since my 20's....but better because now I am super fit. Travis not only takes me to my next level with each session, he quantifies the progress with measurements every 6 sessions. He also has a website for me to be accountable to - check ins, on your own workouts and SO MUCH MORE!! Huge bang for the buck - best money I have spent in years!!! Donâ€™t waste your time with other personal trainers. If you need someone that works around; your busy schedule, analyzes what areas your body needs focused on, always following up, I highly recommend Travis at House of Sweat. Travis listened to my goals, designed and built a program suited for my body. He clearly cares about the people he is helping. I cannot recommend him enough!

I have been training with Travis for a short time and have seen amazing results. I worked with other trainers at previous gyms for longer and have never seen results like this. He's extremely knowledgeable in fitness, great at developing a successful workout plan for your individual needs and also has a great team for addition support, meal plans, supplements ect. Travis is extremely professional, motivating and just great to work with... he will keep you motivated with the results you get, 100 percent I recommend House of Sweat!
