My daughter just started and we have a free trail class she immediately love it. The energy and team is super fantastic. We are a fan and we will join for life.

My son attended the High Park location for 5 years. While the karate instruction was good, we are so disappointed with the owner. After my son dislocated his shoulder, and provided a surgeon's note to discontinue karate, we requested a refund, not for the 2 months left of classes, but for the $734 paid for the 6 month program in advance. Michael initially was vague about the refund and now has stopped taking our phone calls. Clearly money is the priority of this company, not the health and fitness of the kids.

Love, love, love this warm, friendly, family-owned dojo. I've been training at the Eglinton/Groove location for years as an alternative to the gym -- I've never been a gym-rat. I really like this style of self-defense karate (Shotokan). Sensei John's classes are always fun. He's very knowledgeable and motivates students to do their best to reach their optimum level of fitness. As a woman, I like what it's done for my confidence, my strength and flexibility and overall wellness. Truly the best investment I've made for myself!
