My 5 year old daughter and 7 year old son have been taking classes at Synergy for 2 years. They LOVE the classes because they're fun with just the right amount of competition built in, and I love that they have a place to get attentive instruction, a skill-building outlet for physical activity and a class that both my kids can take at the same time (one drop-off is so rare!). John, the owner, is a skilled master and instructor with the patience of Job. His staff are excellent.

This place is not only giving me new skills and techniques, but I am also getting in the best shape I have been in, and loving every minute. For the first time I am getting excited to work out instead of dreading the idea of exercise. The environment is motivating and encouraging and the people who go are diverse in age and experience. The staff are nice, well trained, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone both with past experience and those who are just looking to try it out. You will love it!

Amazing with children! Unbelievable to watch the patience, skill and expertise of Master John as he helps children with all the fundamentals and builds strong independent kids. I simply cannot recommend enough.

Just had a birthday party for our son at Synergy Martial Arts. Couldn't be happier! Armina was amazing! All the staff were super friendly:)

I’ve been going to Synergy Martial Arts since I was six years old and I’ve had so much fun attending over the years. In those eight years, I’ve moved from having a white belt and with lots of training, focus, dedication and of course fun, I’ve earned my black belt. I have really enjoyed learning discipline, kicks, punches, forms and lots of other fun things. I’m so glad my mother signed me up for it. It’s been a great ride and I still love it!!
