OMAC - Burlington's Top Taekwondo training centre

I am overly pleased and cannot thank the staff at OMAC Burlington enough. The changes they have made to their programs over the past year have been great. I enrolled my daughter just over a year ago and since then OMAC has grown and the instruction staff has become much more professional and level of teaching is always getting better. My daughter has come to love Taekwondo, her instructors and Masters they all have great knowledge and have taught her self confidence, discipline and given her emotional support. She is now competing in Sparring and Poomsae with Team OMAC and in the 2 tournaments she has competed in she has taken Gold in both times sparring and a gold/silver in Poomsae (patterns). Thank you to all the Instructors and Masters for the level of teaching and the attention to detail you give to all your students. I would recommend the Burlington location to any parent looking for a professional Taekwondo training centre or looking to get into competitive taekwondo.

My two children attend the after school program at OMAC. It is a wonderful program. The instructors are fantastic and positive and my girls happily attend each day and never want to be picked up early. It is a great way to have them do a daily exercise activity. It is also an awesome place for teaching kids self-regulation, resilience and respect. I highly recommend this organization!

We have been attending OMAC for about a year now. We started first with our son but now I have also joined their adult black belt program. Their after-school program personally is a godsend. I find the establishment is focused on creating a safe environment for families. The staff are very professional and seem genuinely concerned about the kids growth and development. We highly recommend them.

Can't express how amazing the staff is here! Not only do they teach martial arts, but the life lessons of respect as well are very much appreciated as a parent. The kids really enjoy the classes and you can see how much they love the instructors. My kids have gained a lot of confidence since joining OMAC.

At first we just wanted a place to look after our kids after school before we can come home from work to get them. This place is so much more. Our kids are learning fitness, respect along with a ton of other life lessons every day. The staff is fantastic and our kids live them. I would recommend this to anybody whether you need child care or not.

We signed our son up when we relocated from Toronto. Never did we anticipate how much he would LOVE and benefit from his training at OMAC! Our son has tried various sports and other teams and nothing has seemed to stick with him. From the moment he started in September, he has been hooked! The supportive, talented and encouraging team at OMAC are top notch. Our son is thriving. Not only physically but also has shown growth in the area of respect and compassion for others. It has been wonderful to watch and we are so fortunate to have found OMAC. I continue and will always recommend OMAC to others looking for a great place for their children to learn marital arts and be part of a bigger family!
