Clean, nice atmosphere -- equipment and rooms all in good shape. Open 24 hours -- office hours are shorter tho, so if you need to talk to someone, you'll have to go during the day.

Fairly quiet and small gym. Experience so far has been pretty good.

Terrible experience at this gym. I joined in January after receiving a lot of pressure from the manager I spoke with. I would told if I moved I could cancel the membership since I explained I was a student living in Guelph at the time and wouldn't be staying there after graduation. 6 months later (and using the gym about 3 times) I went in to try to cancel my membership. I was told that since I used my parents address to sign up (even thought I was living in student housing in Guelph at the time) I was not legally changing my address. So I am now stuck paying a gym membership for a gym that isn't even in the city I am currently living in as a student with no real source of income. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a gym. I have been part of many gyms and have never had any issue cancelling my membership. I am disgusted in the owners and managements way of handling my situation in a rude manner. I will never recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone (especially this location).

Great staff. Hours are 24 so it's easy to work into your schedule. Usually quiet. Great set up. Easy to go get your work out in, shower & get out! Always clean! Members are very nice as well! Favourite gym by far!

I have been seeing the personal trainer Brett for quite some time now and he has helped me shed the unwanted winter pounds, and I have never felt better! The small group training is great because it is an affordable program, which is great for people who need special attention but can't afford the pricey sessions at other gyms. Every time I go in the bathrooms are exceptionally clean and pleasant to use. All staff members are great and make you feel like they care about your health, especially the nice young blonde girl who always has a smile on her face.
