As you are working out, staff is constantly cleaning. The equipment is brand new. The facilities are perfectly adequate. With the black card, you can use all of the extras for free. It is an amazing deal. They have brand new and clean tanning beds. They expect you to clean each machine after each use, yet they are constantly wiping the machines down as well. I am very satisfied with this gym, at this price. The service and staff is professional. I would definitely recommend this gym. You can not go wrong!!!

The gym changed locations from Stone Road Mall to Edinburgh Road today. It’s definitely an improvement of space and equipment, however, I was informed that yellow card members only have access to half the gym, unless they decide to upgrade their membership. Ironically, yellow card members have less access to equipment now then what was available at the Stone Road Mall location. Why are you segregating yellow and black card members? What kind of environment do you think this will create within the gym? Fit4less, you shouldn’t stiff-arm members into upgrading their membership. You’ve made absolutely no attempts at informing members about this new structure, while you’ve had months to prepare for this move. I’m disappointed that you’ve demonstrated such sneaky behaviour. How do you think this makes members feel? I’m definitely surprised at the type of corporate culture practices you’ve decided to implement. Transparency is necessary for any establishment to grow authentically within their community and as a business. You definitely don’t have the best intentions for customers. Please rethink your decision with this new model, because it doesn’t feel like an inclusive and authentic environment anymore.

I was waiting for assistance at the door for a while and I forgot my card but there was no way possible for me to get in it was a horrible experience though

The gym was okay until they moved to a new location. You are now required to pay extra for the same equipment that was at the old location. There was no notice of this and is very dishonest to membership holders who signed up for use of the equipment that was available at the stone road location, but is no longer available unless you upgrade to a black card.

The weekends aren’t busy, and even at its busiest there’s equipment available. Very clean and enjoyable atmosphere.
